“For us it was a Perfect location for going Green school/green camp, 10min by motorbike. Grab/Gojek available below 10min at peak time. Not touristic area.

The house is clean, nicely designed and satisfied all our needs.
In the morning, depending on the time, you can wake up with beautiful sounds of birds, and some roosters too., and the water feature runs 8-8.
Going Ubud took us around 30-40min by car, Not less.
Abiansemal has some local market, bakery, supermarket, you get all basic there. Food orders from Ubud's restaurant take 45-60min.

“Super quiet and comfortable stay. A bit far out from central ubud (about 20mins on a grab) but that’s what we wanted for somewhere quiet to rest after our hike up mt batur. The staff were amazing, super happy being able to use the smart tv to use Netflix/prime etc. really good for the price.”
