    “The hotel location is a walking distance from the ferry terminal (about 7-10 minutes). Smooth check in, staffs are polite. The atmosphere near the lift lobby and throughout the walkway towards my hotel room on the 10th floor smells pleasant. I'm glad that my request for non smoking room and higher floor was accommodated. Room is clean, aircond is working well, bed and pillows are very comfortable. Wide menus of breakfast spread. Will definitely come back again to HS for my next trip to Batam!”
