Upon arrival, the front desk staff (Julia) demanded payment for a reservation that was already confirmed and fully paid through Booking.com. Worse still, the amount she quoted did not even match our original booking. This felt like a clear attempt to scam us. The property itself is in terrible condition — rundown, dirty, and nothing like what was shown in the listing. It’s clear from other reviews that this is not an isolated case. What’s more disappointing is Booking.com’s lack of accountability. Despite multiple bad reviews, they continue to list this property and offer no immediate help or support line for urgent issues. This puts travelers at real risk. Booking.com should strike off this property immediately. Until then, we strongly urge others: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Save yourself the stress and choose a more reliable place to stay.”
