The billiard table was a bit out of shape, hopefully they'll get it repaired or changed some time. Except from that i liked everything.

Everything, but the breakfast and the dinner is exceptionally good and has a big variety of choices. The staff is always very helpful. The hotel has a bath for grown ups only, if you'd like to chill a bit.

The beds were hard and the pillows lumpy. The bathroom looks like it was recently updated but The rooms were a bit dated and could use some fixing up.

Location, pools, breakfast and dinner were terrific.

We were missing some amenities in the bathroom such as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, also only plastic cups were provided and 2 wine glasses.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and we really liked the wellness and F&B. Also there are plenty of activities to do (bowling, table tennis, pool, darts etc) in case of bad weather.

Nothing at all

The property was just a stone throw from the Danube river. You could lay out from the balcony and listen the flow of the river moving slow. They organized also a very good and well thought dinner at a very traditional restaurant, close to them, not only with very good food, but with the whole show included. It was like we lived those 2 hours in the renaissance era. We really enjoyed the experience.

Breakfast was very simple and they ran out of food.

Simple facility, clean and comfortable. We were able to relax in the hot poolwhere we were provided towels and bathrobes. Dinner at the Rennaissance Restaurant was an experience.

Hotel stuff strugled a bit with English. No kids protection in electrical sockets.

We really enjoyed welness part and especially the kids pool. Our little daughter loved that place and did not want to leave. Moreover diners were delicious.

Hotel is conveniently located close to Danube and city centre. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, plenty of options everyday. Wellness area was great especially for kids. We consider this hotel a great choice for families.

The staff are all extremely kind and helpful! The hotel organised so much fantastic activities such as sunset boat trip, visit to the royal palace, watch a medieval tournament, kid’s art and craft….

The food at the breakfast and dinner was mostly fine but not exceptional. But it is impossible to come out hungry, there is a very big variaty

The staff was very respectfull and helped with every question. We were surprised to find out dinner was included together with a renaissance feast, accompanied by a medieval tournament which was very fun. When the shift manager heard we were on our honey moon, he made sure we will get a guide in english for the event, which turned out to be the son of the owner of the hotel. Great value for money, comfotable beds, all you might want facilities.

There’s only one tiny little suggestion that I would make: there was an interesting but a bit too long speech delivered on the boat trip about the history of Visegrád. The idea is great but the delivery can be better if it’s made shorter -max 15 minutes - and perhaps at least also done in English. (Small) children but also adults have a short attention-span and foreigners get stiff bored … But otherwise hat’s off - everything was perfect!!!

Excellent location, very kind and helpful staff, great facilities, including the spa and the wellness area, great variety of food, and superbly organized “medieval dinner “, followed by a nice boat-trip. In the afternoons nice “lángos” or pancake treat. Very special was the hunting dog and falcon show organized in the backyard of the hotel. In addition to the children’s-area in the wellness-area, there’s a nicely equipped playroom adjacent to the restaurant and a very nice playground outside.

The a/c in our room couldn’t keep up. So, nights were a bit warmer than I find comfortable. However, the staff was responsive and did what they could to fix it.

The many pools and atmosphere was exceptional. The staff was great. The staff was engaged and made the guests feel welcome at all times. The food was exceptional and plentiful. Also, there is a great castle tour that comes free with the stay. Was awesome!

Missed having tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Luckily pool bar opened at 7ish and staff were happy to provide hot water to make my own or make coffee.

Great location and facilities. Excellent customer care, staff are friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. It has all the hallmarks of old fashioned customer service, paying attention to details, even small ones but with constantly improving facilities and services. The massage is absolutely top notch. There are programs on offer, free or at additional cost, occasionally led by the owner himself. The river boat trip at sunset is a must.

Sirály restaurant doesn't look very good. The rooms in the old wing need renovation. They told us we were not entitled to dining in the Renaissance restaurant because we were there by booking.com! After complaining, we could still go to the restaurant.

There is a very good free programme including dinner in a Renaissance restaurant and castle games and free 'lángos' on Saturday and there is always a cheap possibility for lunch. The wellness area is perfect.

Mass tourism (fairly well managed though). Poor standard of pools and outdoor furniture. Rooms need renovating.

I wish there was a better slide by the pool, so that kids would have more fun.

The pool was nice. The dinner and breakfast were great. The stuff was helpful. The castle was an interesting sight, and I enjoyed the forrested trail towards it.

Everything you need to have fun! The wellness center is not huge but it was the best part of the holiday! Kids has so much fun! And adult too 😀
