Facilities excellent & place was exactly what we needed for a family. Location is excellent & whole process straight forward from start to finish. The touch of a welcome bottle of wine was much appreciated also.

WiFi was mostly unusable: it connected sometimes but disconnected quickly. There were a lot of ants in the apartment, which was really unpleasant. The curtains are too thin, so you’ll probably wake up at 4-5 AM because of the sunlight. Lastly, it would be nice to have a clothes dryer to use after a day on the beach.

What I liked the most was probably the number of apartment amenities: whatever I needed was already there—very thoughtful! The apartment interior is beautiful to my taste, and I loved the terrace and the lake view. The location of the villa is also very good; the neighborhood is quiet and nice.

There was no wardrobe in the room, just 1-2 platforms to put thing on top. Also, there was a hot-water pot but no tea provided, and in the bathroom there were only 4 packs of 7ml shampoo provided (so not enough for 2 people for 2 days). It does not come with slippers as well (something we value very much at lodging facilities but that is just our general expectation).

Nice location, parking at the site very helpful! Gregor communicates very clearly and on time, he also allowed us to leave the car for extra hours on the day we left as we were biking and needed to leave the car somewhere for an extra few hours!

The place was excellent, no downsides at all. But a piece of advice on timing. We were there off-season and on a work day, so almost everything was closed. If you are planning off-season visit, make sure you do your research on what's open in advance, so you don't get disappointed when already there.

Very cozy and comfortable place, very near to the park and the lake. We had a lovely view towards the lake and Tihany. I appreciated the sauna after a long day full of walks.

Private parking spot was great, but very narrow to park in as we got the inner spot, small thing though. Missing shower wall and wall hanging piece for shower head. Some ants in the apartment despite it being very clean.

Spacious and very clean upon arrival, great location in town, easy walking distance to the Lake and restaurants, Nice playground in the park right behind, easy communication with the owner.

We had a few bugs fly in despite having nets on windows, maybe just the close location to a park causes that. There is no shower curtain in the bath.

Not really anything that we didn't like I can write about; but a few things could be better - the bathroom would benefit from a shower curtain for example, and it would be nice to have some shade on the terrace (awning or parasol for example). Didn't take this up with the host, as this was not really bothersome at the time.

The apartment is spacious and has a very nice terrace facing a quiet park where we could enjoy our breakfast. Easy access by car to the location, with private parking on the premises. Just down the road, there are several restaurants, and the beach promenade is just a few walking minutes away. This is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday on the beaches of Balaton. They provide self-check in, so look out for the message in your inbox (I didn't see it in time, but this was my fault). Really friendly owner who is helpful and available whenever you need him.

WiFi was very weak. TV was small.. Pillows a bit too flat for our liking.

Very friendly, easy checkin and checkout. Location is walking distance from train station and waterfront. Rooms were comfortable with good space. Good shower.

Very Poor WiFi.....,continually cutting out and I gave up with it. Hosts need to boost the WiFi throughout.

Excellent location, cozy and welcoming! Convenient and safe parking with covered garage area (free of charge), the rooms were nicely furnished and very clean. our room had a large balcony/patio with the view of tree tops and a park. We loved it! We will definitely stay here again in the future. A+
