Without Mr Ferenc nothing works as usual, like something is missing. The 2nd room was a true deception and the price same as for the superior one, more fancy and with air conditioner. The 2 remotes and lack of guidance in the room takes any wish to watch TV. Parking is also a challenge, specially if you arrive late in the evening. Probably next time we will chose another accommodation in Sopron.

A beautiful Biedermeier villa in on a hill overlooking Sopron. Large garden with a lot of places to sit in the evening. Good breakfast. Own parking, but a little bit tricky.

AMAZING! We stayed for only one night on a road trip but would definitely love to stay more. The location is absolutely beautiful, with a big garden you can relax in. Wonderful breakfast served either indoors or on the terrace. The host was very, very welcoming, spoke very good English and gave us a full tour of the house. If you have the option get the apartment on the top floor - it is beautiful, with a wall to wall window view of the city! AMAZING!

To say something, the large windows don't have black out curtains. In our case it didn't matter as we were set to wake up early, but if we were to sleep in it would be difficult.

Wonderful and charming place! Me and my sister enjoyed of calmness and peace during vacation in Villa. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Room is welcoming for rest. We felt ourselves in safe there. All photos are true! Thank to owners of this awesome place! We will come again for sure.

The room was a bit small, that is the only negative thing I can say. I was well equipped with everything, it was just small.

Breakfast was nice, the owner and the facility manager are very friendly, the house has a unique story. The area is beautiful, the house and the garden look superb, very quiet area. You can use the downstairs kitchen in the evening

Slightly bad insulation so you can hear the other room. Slightly more headroom in the attic area. I constantly hit my head in the bed and in the toilet and I am 190cm

The place is in a tiny hilly street not so close to the center where having a car is definitely a must. Though they have a parking area but you can barely fit 2 cars at a time. Mosquito nets did not work and windows are very old. Breakfast was a joke . And the bedrooms do not have any isolation from each-other as the sounds can be heard so easily.

I like that it has a nice garden and probably only good point about this Villa.

The check-in process wasn't that clear from the beginning. Pay attention to the messages from the booking emails.

The breakfast was pretty good. Surprisingly they even offered lactose free options, which was cool! The location is amazingly quiet, and the garden is just fairytale like. The piano was the bonus element that gave us an extra pleasant time, after a long trip.
