Advertised with breakfast, received a last minute message that breakfast not being offered "this year", never got a refund despite owner saying they would.

The room had no heating, only a mobile AC. It was OK, as it was a nice warm weekend, but it got cold in the evening, and you cannot sleep next to a noisy mobile aircon. This is something to improve. Also, the wellness could use some improvement in the heating, it took hours to get the jacuzzi warm. No slippers were provided, even though it was mentioned in the list of equippements of each rooms.

Cozy, modern and clean apartments. Located next to the road, but it is a small village, not noisy. Sopron is only 15 minutes by car. The room is well equipped and comfy. You get your breakfast in a cute basket. It was tasty (the food, not the basket). The wellness is very nice, the sauna is especially great, heats up quickly.

The place is a little neglected, around the house is messy, the pool is not maintained, the chairs by the pool look like they should be replaced. Next to the house is an abandoned garage (?), it looks terribly dirty, full of garbage... The house itself is in a lonely place, there are no houses or shops nearby...the nearest beach is closed and you don't have access to the lake, so we went to the beach in Austria, 30 min drive. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and it would have been nice if we had available small things like a tea bag, salt, etc. Our room was not cleaned, the trash was not taken out. The soap dish in the shower was empty.

A completely new experience for me, in 2 days we saw absolutely no one in the hotel. The door opens with a code, registration, payment, everything goes online. Breakfast was waiting for us every morning in front of the door in a basket, fresh pastries, juice, spreads, fruit, quite nice. It was great that we had the wellness and sauna just for us :) Parking is right in the front of the house.

The basket for breakfast wasn’t like on the pictures. It was too less food in it and not nice quality. Then better to offer the room without breakfast and you can go for breakfast outside. The two beds for the children weren’t so comfortable and the room was a bit tight. As you only sleep in there it was fine and overall a good price value.

The location of the Villa is close to Sopron and the Austria Border. Good to travel around and see the area like Neusiedler Lake. It is a good price for a Family with breakfast. The Sauna and Whirlpool were really nice and we had luck that we were the only ones to use them. Villa was clean and the kitchen was good equipped in case you would like to cook.

We didn’t receive the entrance code and couldn’t reach the help number. Thankfully, someone nearby helped us. The apartment seemed clean at first, but there was hair and dust on the floors and in the shower. It was very hot, and the air conditioner was too loud to use at night. The kitchen dishes were dirty, and there were no pots to cook anything. Ants were also crawling around the apartment. Breakfast was included, but we never received it.

The location and size of the apartment were good. The bed linen was clean and there were enoth towels.

The room included a small kitchen, but it was poorly equipped. We only had one fork, and there were no basic cooking utensils or cookware, which made it difficult to prepare any meals. The setup doesn’t encourage cooking.On the plus side, there were six coffee capsules provided as a welcome touch. The bed was quite hard and not very comfortable, and as a result, we decided to leave a day earlier than planned.

We stayed at a villa with around nine rooms, located very close to the Austrian-Hungarian border. The location is quiet and convenient, the property was very clean, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. There was a small issue with the PIN code upon arrival, but a quick phone call to the host resolved it — they buzzed us in remotely, and everything went smoothly after that. Breakfast is basic, and there is no staff present on-site during the day. One person is present during breakfast time, but otherwise, the villa operates without staff, which is mentioned on their website.

We went there on a public holiday. Sunday morning breakfast was canceled without notice, and we were redirected to a place that opened at 11 am. Being a national holiday this Sunday, we couldn't find other places that offered breakfast in the area, so we were left with a small child, no food around, and no help from the staff. When I filed a complaint later, the place ignored my message. I had to go through the booking.com complaint procedure to get a reaction a partial refund. It was a horrible experience.

Everything was MUCH MUCH better than I expected. Big enough room with everything you might need. Full kitchen, a safe, internet, big comfortable bed, coffee machine etc. There was also a sauna downstairs. For the money you pay, I would say, that you can mention this hotel as a luxury one. I am serious, because not all the 4 stars hotel in a resort zones has similar offers, so for the hotel situated almost at the boarder between Austria and Hungary I would like to pay attention on details centralization. I would like to say huge THANKS to the owners and stuff for such a comfortable stay. Check - in process is fully automated, what I found really great. There are smart door locks all over the hotel including a primary entrance and each room door. One day before arrival I received all the pin - codes for the door and further information. P.S. Continental (included) breakfast was served as a room service, with a direct room delivery.

Lovely rooms with an amazing surprise for kids. Perfectly equiped kitchen. Great and delicious breakfast. Wellness was nice, we enjoyed sauna a lot. Parking was few steps far from the room, that was great. The owner was very nice and helpful. One of the best accommodation we have ever visited.

Instead of the breakfast we received a weak shopping package to make breakfast in front of the room door. Nothing hot, two instant coffees to make a coffee by myself..... Noone in the property except us.

The space in the extra room with 2 invidiual beds is so small that the door cannot be closed. The complete lack of decoration and lamps in this second room makes you litteraly feel like in a store room. The qualiy of the matreses is quite poor. The commom space in the basement is very big and cozy, however the water of the jacuzzi was cold (the heating did not work), the deepness of the pool does not allow to swim, and the sauna lack light inside (2 lights inside but did not work). The breakfast was on time and reasonably good, however the coffee was instantaneous, even though there was machine for filtered coffee in the room. There is no way to control the temperature of the room, that was at the beggining not cold,.but also not as warm as we expected it.

The personel was very friendly and helpful when we contacted them. Having sauna was also nice.

'a 24-hour front desk for your convenience'- highly misleading ! There is no onsite reception- we used our mobile phone to contact the 'front desk'! When we arrived, another guest let us into the property together with another couple who were also waiting outside the property. There are no staff onsite. The 'continental breakfast' was left in the hallway outside our door in a basket with rolls, croissants, spreads; cheese and cold meat was combined in a polystyrene box . Coffee was a sachet that included milk and sugar - no account taken for guests who do not take milk or sugar with their coffee. There is no breakfast room- we ate breakfast at the table in our room. Misleading, incomplete information on booking.com
