Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CyprusThe only thing that kept me from rating this full stars is the climate control in the room. Guys, you cannot restrict the client from turning off the a.c. It was far too cold and this affects the comfort level of all my family and in conclusion the sleep also. We had it on lowest fan speed but still too cold. We just wanted to turn it off and didn't have the possibility. We mentioned it to the staff but I don't think there is much they can do..Please fix this..if somebody wants to close the a.c in their room they should have the possibility to do this.
I would say close to perfection and especially the amazing ladies at reception and also the staff at Flava Restaurant. Central location Modern and great design of hotel Love it

SpainUnfortunately, I arrived with a cold but the air conditioning cannot be turned off. Also if you choose minimum ventilation it turns itself to automatic within 30 minutes. Pity as otherwise my state would have been 11 out of 10.
Spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, fantastic location. Also very quiet area, good for sleeping.

The staff were absolutely fantastic — professionalism coupled with kindness. Special thanks to Flora, who dealt with our 9:30 am arrival and 6:30 am departure by allowing us to have the included breakfast at the beginning. By the time we finished breakfast they had an “upgraded” room ready for us. Room was spacious with big tub and park view. We also enjoyed the spa’s hot tub, welcome drink and location near many restaurants and sights

If you park at a parking lot in the area (not on the same street) and forget your ID card in the car, the reception staff will not take into account whether you have your ID card on your phone or whether you have a registered and verified account on booking.com but will send you back in the rain to get your ID card. Moreover, the hotel's practice is to make xerox copies of your ID card, violating GDPR.

This is a perfect option for your stay to get familiar with Budapest. Very central location with all important destinations - point of interest, great places to eat and nice shopping - be nearby. Staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. You are really feel as a very special guest! Rooms are very comfortable with nice design and great functionality. Very good restaurant is attached to the hotel and provides for its room service. My stay was like a dream ))

Italythe first thing is the kindness and professionalism of all the staff (from the reception staff to the room maids). The location of the hotel is perfect, the room was beautiful, clean and soundproof. Also the view from my room (4th floor) was magnificent. The bathroom of the room was spectacular.

IsraelPillows are on the soft side, I had to use 3 to find comfort. However I am sure if I brought this up the excellent staff would have had a solution for me. Rooms are a bit on the dark side, would be nice to have a few more lights. Lastly feels like the room could use a few more storage options.
Staff and facilities are of the highest level. Greatly helpful and welcoming faces at every staff position. Rooms are large mattresses are in top condition. AC control per room with floor heating in the shower. Breakfast, although not of great variety, is fresh and tasty. Location is excellent and has you at walking distance from Pest locations as well as multiple public transportation hubs.
