We stayed in a room with private bathroom and near our room was the common bathroom and the laundry room. From our room we could hear anything that was happening outside on the common spaces, around 7-8 in the morning we were woke up by the noise from the place, the washing machine was turned on (I’m not talking about outside noise, I’m talking about inside noise).

The location was really good, close to a lot of restaurants, shops. It was clean and the space was enough for us 2.

The rooms don't have such a good noise cancelation but it's pretty quiet at night (as long as the people in the other rooms are quiet too). The apartment is also a bit tricky to find at first. Room 1 is also more suitable for one person because even though the bed is double, there's not so much space for 2 people with their luggage, it can get a bit tight.

I stayed for 3 nights and I slept very well. Everything is very clean, as the cleaner comes every morning. She's also very helpful in case you need to ask something. The room doesn't have air condition, but the fan does more than enough. The ceiling for room 1 is a bit low but that wasn't a problem for me there was a 20cm space between my head and the ceiling (I'm 180). Great location too,right in the city centre. I would definitely book again.

These things are quite minor, they didn't affect our stay very much, but these are things I remember that could maybe be improved a little; It's a self check-in, and you get instructions on how to get in and where to find it through messages. They were clear enough, but we arrived in the night, and you have to go through three different gates, and up an old elevator or stairs to get to the place, which is all a bit sketchy/scary if the first time you do it is during the night. It also makes it harder to recognise because the pictures were taken during the day. That being said, it wasn't hard to find the right place at all, when comparing with the pictures. We also came back to the place after the first day of exploring to find fresh towels on the bed. It was nice that we got new ones, but it would've been nice to know that housekeeping can and will get into the room to do that, even though we locked it. We weren't aware of that beforehand (and would've probably kept our room a bit nicer if we knew haha). The shower was a bit hard to control with temperature/water pressure.

This stay was great! The property is 6 rooms (I believe), a communal living room space and kitchen and two bathrooms with a sink, shower and toilet. They provide towels, and an opportunity to wash clothing. The bathroom has a hairdryer, and the kitchen has a shared fridge you can put your food in. The whole property is very very clean, and well taken care of. Our room (room 4, I think), was upstairs and quite cute. It had a three-drawer closet, a double bed, a mirror, a little trashcan, multiple different light sources and a fan. The fan was a nice touch, as it was quite hot when we were there. The window is next to the bed and can open, and there's a built-in mosquito net/grate thing which was really nice. Bathroom included some shampoo and soap. Hot water in shower worked fine. The bedding was comfy enough - definitely could be a bit better, with nicer pillows or a nicer mattress, but for the price I expected it to be a lot worse than it was. Definitely definitely worth the money! Our room was 185cm and my partner is a little taller. They tried to get us in a different room, but for the first night this wasn't possible. They offered us to be able to switch after the first night, but we declined as it wasn't such a big deal. Super nice of them to try and make us more comfortable though!

The location was right in the heart of Budapest. Easy access to public transportation, including airport shuttle. Our room had a balcony and a private bathroom. The fridge and the kitchen amenities were in the shared living room. The place offers luggage storage before arrival and after checkout, if you are lucky to catch an available locker.

WiFi was very slow, and the door doesn’t isolate any sound so if you’re a light sleeper it might be a bit loud for you. I would hear guests in the kitchen at 2 AM even if they weren’t loud

Instructions about checking in were a bit too confusing and incorrect, the tag I received dis not work at first gate (Florin hotel) and neither the code i received. Rooms are very small, but cozy and clean. Its a hostel, everything is shared with others, walls are thin and you can hear the noise from other rooms. If you need just a place to sleep before/after a flight, its a good deal.

Our room was up a very steep and narrow staircase while the bathroom was downstairs, difficult to navigate in the dark or with bags (or while intoxicated!). The ceiling in the room itself was small and only slightly higher than 6ft, which wasn't really a problem for us but would be for taller people. It was also very hot in the room, but it being February this wasn't much of an issue. Not the greatest soundproofing but our neighbors were all respectful.

Pillows weren't so comfortable, and the walls were quite thin. You could hear people talking in the room next door and above at times, and loudly walking up the stairs. It was a mild inconvenience, but I would recommend bringing ear plugs just in case.

Great location in the city, close to the airport express bus drop-off and trams. Christmas markets were within walking distance. The place was clean and tidy, and the WiFi worked well. Plentiful kitchen, warm building and hot water. Check-in instructions were straightforward.

Room #5. Bed makes noise even with sudden moves and the springs of the mattress can be felt. The best rooms of this property are those ones that feature a private bathroom.
