Host was very accommodating, rooms have a nice vintage feeling. Both room and bathroom have lots of space. Some small finishing touches need to be done in the bathroom, these are esthetic other than functional. A/C working well. Lots of free parking places during the weekend was an extra plus ;)

Good central location and easy access to the river. Quite and homely, which is always great when your travelling for an extended period of time.

The thickness of the wall. Few hours in the night it was very easy to hear the small party held by my room neighbors.

The breakfast was excellent and the location maybe a little bit difficult to discover (in the night).

The style of the room. In german you would say a rather "rustikaler" style. Always pleasant to live in this kind of surroundings.

The location was brilliant the staff was polite and accommodating even with a language barrier there are few locals around there such as a pizzeria and most importantly was quiet, perfect place to rest after a long day of travel.

Although this accommodation is in a quiet area, during weekend it could be noisy if you sleep with an open window because many young people stroll during the night in the little street next to the room.

Location is excellent, nice cozy place, beautiful and clean room.

The shower was terrible - the worst we had in 6 nights in Hungary. Just a dribble of water. Check-in arrangements require telephoning the reception guy and speaking in Hungarian. This is hopeless for international visitors without an EU mobile phone plan or who can’t speak Hungarian.

Old world charm in a villa. Cooked breakfast was good value - the breakfast sausages were the tastiest we had in 6 days travel in Hungary.

I was expecting more English speaking. Perhaps a luggage rack to unpack .pillows were poor and lumpy

There was very little storage space in the room or bathroom. It was ok for one night, certainly not enough for a week. The bathroom curtain was so badly fitted after one shower the whole bathroom was flooded, not a pleasant experience for the next bathroom user. No mop in the room to wipe off the excess water. This was mention before among the comments. Perhaps they don’t appreciate how unpleasant it was. There was a locked double door between our room and next door, there was barely any privacy as far as noise concerned. Fortunately the occupiers were very quiet. One of the 2 windows were broken. The quality of the pillow was very poor, only one pillow per person. The quality of the bed was ok for one night. We pre-ordered cooked breakfast. Sadly it was served luke warm with a luke warm coffee. I find it hard to believe they did not notice. The quality of the breakfast wasn’t great. Certainly not as pretty as on the pictures. We stayed in the maisonette next door to the main building. It had so much potential and it was let down by the lack attention to details( unswept yard, ill fitting curtains, the step was broken between the kitchen and bedroom, the bedroom was very difficult to lock, etc) I really wanted to write a great review, but sadly I probably won’t come back.

The location is perfect. So close to the centre, to the river and restaurants. It is located in a really quiet area so sleeping is blissful if you like to sleep in peace. The staff was very friendly, quick and efficient. We had one of the maisonettes . As I was travelling with a friend I asked if they could make up the sofa bed for me. The room was nice and spacious and perfectly clean. Free cancellation, only have to pay once you arrive.
