Very friendly lady at reception. Gave us tips for our visit to Siofok. Loved the balcony - we were two couples staying and found it perfect to sit out on the corner balcony at night chatting. Very clean rooms.

There’s nothing I didn’t like, I LOVED EVERYTHING!

Amazing design, exceptionally clean and super friendly staff. There’s staff at the reception 0-24 AND there’s a coffee maker with different kind of coffee pods you can use for free whenever you want! Very good for those who are grumpy before coffee :)) 10 minutes walk to the city center!!

The lake is in front of the hotel ( you can see it from your room) but you can not reach it directly because it is privat beach of other hotel . So to go to the beach you at first should find free beach 🙈 Additionally you should be ready to pay for parking places because the hotel has a lot of rooms and only three free parking places- the rest - city parking place and it costs 3600- per day 🧐

Unfortunately the rooms weren’t super sound proof, meaning we could pretty much hear everything happening at the reception. The staff were attentive enough to keep everything pretty quiet during the evening, but in case someone was coming in or leaving the hotel, you could pretty much hear everything.

We stayed in room 19. Dis-functionality, quality, spaces. Not a good value for the price. The shower head holder is very low. If you want to wash your hair and you are taller than 140cm, you have to hold the shower head in your hand or bend down really low in a very small shower cabin. When we arrived there was broken ceramic toothbrush holder on the sink. It was very damaged with sharp edges, I took it straight to reception. I don’t know how it could have been overlooked at the first place. There were no towels at all when we arrived as they had issues with the laundry company. We were desperate for a shower in the hot weather after a long trip. We waited until later that night. They haven’t turned up. After I told to the receptionist lady we really needed something, even a spare bedsheet would do, she found us some old towels. Next day we came home and noticed after the room service was done, they left two towels only. No towels for the floor or hand towels. Fortunately receptionist lady came to the rescue and she gave us the missing items. It was on Saturday. There is a sign in the bathroom, if you wanted to have your towels changed, put it on the floor. We followed the instruction, and left some towels on the floor. We kept two towels just in case. Came home on Sunday night and there was no room service, wet towels were still on the floor. Bin is full. There was no sign or warning there is no room service on Sunday. I gave up by then. Other small but annoying issues: the storage door knobs were coming off, the only standing mirror is by the bed and you can stand in front of the mirror also the room is very small. The air con has it’s own ideas when it’s switching on and off, and turned out they could be remotely controlled from reception somehow, not just from the room. So it was continuously too hot or too cold. It was a very expensive place compared to the service and quality we received.

It was very pretty, good location but it depends on what is the purpose of your visit. The free coffee on the corridor was a nice touch. The receptionists were great and friendly and they couldn’t do enough for you.

There were a lot of bugs in the area at the time we visited. We could not open the windows as they flew inside the room, so we had to close the windows all the time, probably due to the wind. The washroom smelled weird. It would be nice to have water bottles in the room because there were only glasses; it would not cost much, but it would surely enhance the guest experience much more. Nice to have some wall photos as the room felt a bit lonely.

Location was central, a modern hotel compared to other neighbouring properties. The staff were super nice and welcoming. Overall, it was a nice sleep at the hotel.

We did think from the listing that we were booking hotel WITH Parking at 9 Euros per night, but it turned out this was the public parking in front of the hotel; but the hotel had 1 secure space although the cost was double this. Strange to only see a hand shower attachment in a large shower cubicle. Bed was a little too hard.

Easy access, modern and simple with very friendly & helpful lady at reception, who made good suggestions for places to eat. Rested to well to be able to finish our journey and great coffee machine in the morning!

The room was way smaller than we expected. No place for luggage, small cabinet (really small) is not enough for more than one day belongings for one person. There is no storage space in the bathroom. Balcony is maximum for two people. I was looking for a hotel with parking space and there was only a public parking. (This might be only the fault of Booking.com not only the venue)
