Great price/value. Kids friendliness of the hotel really appreciated - everything prepared for all you need for babies/toddlers. Tasty food (half board) room perfectly clean. Great starting point to discover Neusiedler See, thermal spas or architecture. Small wellness is nice bonus. Staff is really nice and helpful.

I absolutely loved my stay at this accommodation! The place was beautifully clean, cozy, and had a real home-like atmosphere. Since it’s not a huge hotel complex but more of a family-run place, it felt very peaceful. There weren’t too many people around, which made the stay even more enjoyable. (we visited the place in February ) Perfect for families. There was even a children's corner and playground. I really appreciated the small details, like books available for guests to read. Another thoughtful touch was that we both received a room key card—usually, couples only get one! And the cookie on the pillow? A delicious little surprise. I also loved seeing Slovak signs around, making it clear that the place is popular among Czech and Slovak tourists. Even TV JOJ was available on the TV! The room had all the essentials, and we didn’t miss a thing. I slept amazingly well—probably because the pillow was the same as the one we have at home, haha! :D The hotel’s gym and wellness area were great. It was busiest in the afternoon, but by 6 PM, my boyfriend and I had the entire wellness area to ourselves—pure luxury! There were several types of saunas, and the mini bar in the wellness area was a fantastic touch. Every hotel should have one—after a sauna, you’re dehydrated, so having easy access to drinks is perfect. Plus, they had four different types of tea, which was such a nice detail. The relaxation room with calming music was simply divine! If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be adding labels to the breakfast items—cheese is easy to recognize, but some of the sauces were a mystery! They even had a juicer, but I wasn’t quite sure how to use it, haha. :D Overall, a fantastic stay! I’d definitely come back.

Considering the heat outside or coming from the sauna, the pool could have been a bit colder.

We stayed two nights only so it is hard to say anything we didn't like. I think the pool inside the hotel has a room for maximum five not more but I can not say we didn't enjoy it, it is just a bit small.

The breakfast and dinner were made with such care and freshness—they were absolutely delightful! The restaurant was so neat and clean, and the staff were so helpful and kind. I'm really happy to say that I have no complaints whatsoever! The hotel is actually divided into two buildings, quite a distance from each other. But the good weather made it easy to get from one building to the other for breakfast and dinner—just a short 1-2 minute walk! I'd highly recommend choosing a room in the new building — you'll love it! The new building has a gorgeous garden with a lovely little artificial lake. The hotel has a modern facility with a central heating and cooling system that's installed far from the building, so it's nice and quiet. They've also got large solar panels installed for electricity supply. It's a really modern and progressive hotel! The homemade strawberry syrup was a lovely surprise – it was the best drink (for me and my little daughter). And finally, the hot spring is right next to the hotel, just a short 2-3 minute walk away. The facility is nice and clean too!

I liked the wellness and the pool - a perfect place to make a stop and make the long car travel from Poland or Czech Republic to Croatia already a real holiday starting on half the way in Hungary. Breakfast was great and an exceptionally equipped and pleasant playroom for kids to relax and enjoy being a traveler.

My husband, my parents and I were so positively surprised by the hotel, and the kind, polite and suportive staff. The facilities are very good, and the food and the wine were superb! We also loved the spa (we would only request the pool to be a bit warmer, but even that didn't spoil the great atmosphere)! Thank you all, we are definitely coming back.

We liked everything about it. It is a small wellness facility in Hegyko but very comfortable..It has traditional vibes to it. It has a very quiet surroundings. Food selection is few but it is better for us, i believe.

For a 3* Superior hotel - it was really very nice, more like a 4*. The staff was friendly, the food was good and nicely served. Breakfast could have been a little bit better (more fruits/healthy stuff), but overall, it was a nice stay - better than expected.

Our stay at Hotel Tornacos at Hegyko was excellent. It has a small spa part, and even if we been in main season, was very relaxing. We choose yo have the breakfast and dinner including in the room price and those set menus were really feeling and delicious. Comfy bed and room which was nice amd tidy. The next day my wife had a meeting and they let her use their meeting room, which was highly appreciated, my wife had a great realaxing massage too. Thank you very much it was amazing stay, definitely will come back. Great surrounding area, Fertod with the Eszterhazy Castle is a must to see and very close, about less than 10mins drive

We always come here to relax, so we often use the wellness, swimming pool, Finnish and steam sauna. We were disappointed that the spa was without staff to direct a family with three small children screaming so much that we ended up having to leave. Even in the back rest room, despite the two closed doors, it was not possible to rest after the sauna. We think that wellness is not really an aqua park with attractions for children, and that at least the basic rules of wellness - to rest and relax there - should be observed. But without the presence of staff and sufficient supervision, it's probably not possible. After all, wellness primarily means physical fitness, holistic care, happiness, relaxation, stress reduction and spiritual health. Unfortunately, we were not granted that this time. Maybe next time...

It was bit cold in the wellness relax room. It might have been cause by the fact, hat we visited it at 3pm, when it was opened, and it did not have time to warm up. However the wellness part is very nice, with all equipment and facilities, what is needed.

The 2 most exceptional things in Tornacos were: staff and food. Really really perfect. All other things: room, facilities, comfort, location, etc are however also on very good level. Everything, what you need for a good relaxing stay.

The pool and wellness temperature could be a bit higher, it was warm enough to enjoy the pool with the kids. The room could use some repairs. Just small things that would make the hotel perfect.

Breackfast and dinner were good. The wellnes area was also really nice and our kids really enjoyed the playroom next to the restaurant. The room was comfortable and clean. Price-quality really good.

Wellness is a missed opportunity. The pool had 31 degrees, that is too cold for a sit-in, the cooling small pool for after sauna dirty. Temperature in the relax area also not enough. This is a shame, as the wellness has potential with 3 saunas, pool, and spacious relaxing zone. Also bathing robes should be provided either in room, or in the spa. The receptionist should go through training on pretty much everything. How to work with guests, speeding up checkout, communication and mainly how to do customer service - don't act bothered that someone is calling the reception. Also it is not up to the hotel standard to be dressed in black flees sporty jacket, covered by animal hair, with hair not done, etc. This hotel has a lot of potential, and the rest was great, and improving those areas requires only attention of the management or owners.
