Very nice hotel with superb facilities, friendly and helpfull staff, lady on the reception was totally perfect while check-in. Good restaurant called Patio 200 m away from the hotel. Totally recommended.

Just one thing - wifi gets disconnected sometimes and you need to login to their page to reconnect. Also, mosquito net on balcony doors would be a nice thing to have, because I couldn’t open window wide.

No evening meal and al facility’s like swimming pools and the bar closes at 8oclock it would work better to have poools open untill 10oclock And some were to get a pizza and bar open untill 12 would be fantastic but this place is really good

Nothing to dislike

We spent 2 nights at Tokajer Wellness Panzió and had a wonderful stay. The location is great — in a quiet part of town, and close to the beach. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated that it was equipped with things like an electric kettle and a drying rack, which made our stay more comfortable. The hotel is close to the train tracks but it did not bother us at all, you could barely hear the train in the yard and inside the building you can't hear it at all. The wellness area was a highlight, with 3 pools and a jacuzzi surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink from the hotel bar. There were also lots of fun activities available, including darts, ping pong, and table football. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, they offer a good selection. Highly recommended, would stay here again.

Lovely place, nice breakfast, we relaxed in the hot tub a lot. The location is great, really close to the lake. We liked our room and the staff was great. You can take bikes for free which is great (you only need to leave a deposit but it was like 20euros which was fine)

They have a big choice of bikes sizes, so we could borrow bikes for the whole family, including for the children. The one of them loved the most the biking in and around Keszthely, the other - the swimming in the small indoor pool, and we the adults enjoyed the most the small but nice spa possibilities - jacuzzi and sauna. Not to forget the sport games in the garden like table tennis and darts which were happily used.

Amazing stay in Tokajer Panzio. Very attentive nice staff - you really feel being taken care. The room is spacious and clean. Very good Spa center with all facilities you can imagine. I would really recommend this hotel.

Nothing really not to like, if I had to call anything out, the spa was closed around 8pm, and we would have liked it open longer. We were cycling around the lake and got in late, so didn't get as much time as we would have liked in the spa. 8pm is not an unreasonable time to be open till, a purely selfish desire to have it open later, recomend staying.

The spa facilities are great, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, IR sauna. Breakfast is served early, which is great if you want to get up and get started. The air conditioning was great, a nice relief from the summer heat. Discount at the restraunt down the road, which was very nice, portion sizes and food was good.

Our room was a bit on the small side. The balcony looked out over the neighbours garden. Sun beds were extremely uncomfortable Walls thin & so can hear guests in adjoining rooms.

Great place walking distance to the lake. 3 small pools & a large jacuzzi make for a relaxing time. Breakfast was varied & plentiful. Parking for cars out front. Motorcyclists note there is secure covered motorcycle parking at the rear. Reception staff initially wanted us to park on the front until I pointed out an e-mail stating secure parking for bikes. All in all a good place to stay in a nice area.
