Because cold weather had no chance to enjoy pool. No AC that would cool the cabin and you could control yourself, so thank God cool weather helped us with that and we could open windows.

Lovely place and dogfriendly (dogfee). We got upgraded to apartment/cabin, what had lot of space for large dogs and there was large green area nearby hotel where to walk dogs. Loved that our booking contained also breakfast and dinner. Wish they had more comfortable sofa downstairs where to sleep as it was very hot upstairs and we did not use those 2 bedrooms. Loved that apartment had kitchen and possibly to store food in fridge and cook your own meal also. Parking free and practically in front of the cabin for us. Private terrace.

Disappointed main pool was not open although weather was fine. Our shower did not work properly and there was a double socket in our room which was broken. But other than that, the room and balcony was lovely and the food very good.

We went to the indoor pool area just before it closed, around 20h. There were MANY mosquitoes at this time snd I was severely stunk on the face on a few occasions. Please, do treat against mosquitoes

Our suite had more than 60 bugs when we arrived, and the number was growing all the time. I know it is not their fault that in this season so many of them are coming into the buildings, but they should take care of them at least before guests occupy their room. 60 bugs don't come in 1 hour, they were unbothered for a long time probably. Also, although the food is amazing when it is buffet, the waiters sometimes slow when it comes to a'la carte. These take off 1 star from being perfect.

The location and the wellness facilities are excellent, the food is great. The venue also hosted our wedding, the decoration was very nice and it was easy to organise with the staff. Tiszafüred offers great outside programmes.

This is only a small hint but if I have to point something out it would be great to have some kid-friendly options during the dinner such as french fries, chicken nuggets or something like that which would not change. When you have a kid who is very picky it would be a life saver ;)

The stay was great, I was traveling with my son who was 4 y.o. at the time. As a parent, you can find a lot of activities suitable for your child - such as pools with warm water, equipment to learn how to swim at the pool, playing table at the reception, a place to play football, a playground, if you need that you can also use Netflix in your room. Breakfast is very good for younglings, a lot of stuff to choose from. The hotel is very quiet which is also good.

The Staff are trully exceptional at this hotel. From the check in desk, to the masseuses and the restaurant staff were great. We are thankful for a wonderful stay.

Unfortunately the walking routes around the lake end after 2-3 kilometers end you have to turn back :( Maybe the staff can offer other routes.

The hotel is at a silent place, the staff is kind, the restaurant provides excellent dishes (congratulation to the chef who was always checking if everything is fine). The rooms are comfortable, I suggest selecting one with a terrace.

Breakfast just satisfactory, and dinner good. If you stay more than 3 days...it's harder. It could diversify the small menu a bit.9.5 points for the conditions and staff, and 8 points for the food unfortunately....

The cleaning, the massage by Mrs. Agnes, the pool and the staff were 10! Also the parking lot guarded with video cameras. Thanks!!

even though we have signed to be arriving with 2 dogs no bowls and beds were provided in our room but then when we asked we were given immediately, so yeah things like this can happen not really a minus.

Well mannered and friendly staff , super professional. Property is located at the most beautiful spot of the lake and has a lovely garden. Lobby is equipped with many different games to play and the bar is open during the night. wellness is not huge but enough. even with our two biggie boys doggies we were welcomed and this means a lot for dog people :)

Food at dinner and breakfast runs out too early and it’s not refilled. Not many healthy food options (gluten free, dairy free, sugar free).

1. Rooms dirty and dusty. Tons of spiderwebs, other people’s hair and dirty dishes 2. Furniture in room damaged and dated. Even had cigarette burns on couch 3. Getting in and out of bathtub was hazardous 4. Steps in bungalow too steep 5. Staff at restaurant made our family move twice as “good tables” were reserved for guests saying for 1 night longer than us. 6. Pool walls need to be scrubbed as walls lined with fungi
