The spa closes at 8, but oh well... we made it in time..

When we arrived, the lids made a beeline for the spa. It was amazing. Nice pool, amazing outside jacuzzi, the sauna was great, we spent a well deserved hour in there after travelling the whole day. The restaurant is on the fancy dish side, very interesting and yummy food, good lemonade and beer as well. The room was big and cosy and the couch was very comfortable, i was surprised (we book family rooms and usually the couch is the second bed). Loved the two sink bathroom and the dim lights in the bathroom and the room. Breakfast was amazing, very diverse and well presented. I want to put in writing that they had a tv going on a music channel and i have asked them to turn it off as i have a special needs child who was distracted by it and could not focus on eating and they have done so immediately. Thank you for the accommodation.

The fact there is no ramp through to the back of hotel to reach the play park and outdoor swimming pool is a little bad but the hotel staff helped me down the stairs which was nice of them

The staff was very friendly, place was clean and the wellness centre was also clean and worth visiting. They have a guarded car parking which was a must for me. And it's not too far from the centre to do some sightseeing. The area itself is very calm. I felt taken care of! Also the bed was very comfortable!

It is a minor thing, but having a small pool for dipping, or a shower, or something similar, next to the sauna would be greatly appreciated.

Modern, clean, cosy rooms (we had a "family room"). The food at the restaurant, Etalon, was simply brilliant. We had dinner there almost every day because it was consistently excellent. The playgrounds outside were also fantastic.

The shower had a curtain, which was always sticking to you while showering. This is quite annoying. This could be solved by the hotel with instaling doors on the cabins. Generally, it was clean, only observation we made that it appears the logo of the hotel above the bed, should be thought about dusting as well. This part seems to be forgotten of cleaning.

The hotel is a bit elder, but well kept. It is clean and comfortable. We were having a room with the view on the garden, this was very nice. Stuff is nice and kind. There was a nice variety for breakfast. What is immediately visible is that the hotel is very kids and family friendly. It has a small spa area and an external pool. The location is out of the city centre, in the outskirts of Buda, but in a very green and quiet area. By car you need 15- 20 min to the city centre. There is also a bus connection close by, possible to use, takes about 45 min to reach cc. You can park for free at the road in front of the hotel or for payment inside their gate.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was great and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend staying here, you'll have a great time just as we did. The park/forests behind the hotel is great to go for a stroll and it really helped with us having our little dog with us.

Beds were super firm. We found dead bugs in the cot but other then that the hotel was super clean. It was a bit tricky to get to downtown. You have to take a bus and then switch to subway. If you have kids and a stroller this becomes a real hassle.

Love the staff. Lovely place. Love the nature setting around the hotel. The food exceeded our expectations. Great with indoor and outdoor pool. Very kids friendly.

Our room was downstairs and it felt very noisy. Next time we will ask for a more separated room, because it was very hard for our dog to relax when there was always movement on the corridor. The door felt like it will open anytime someone passed by.

We loved the spacious garden and pool, also the location. We usually travel with our dog, so having a forest nearby was actually perfect. Also, she loved walking around the hotel’s garden.

Music at restaurant was not calm. It was mostly for disco or party. But the food was fantastic.

Service was mixed with done wonderful staff & some grumpy staff. Meal serving times were erratic, on one occasion waiting 45minutes from order to table, another occasion just 5minutes. It was not possible to get the room dark enough after dawn due to the shape of the windows.

We only missed the kangaroos we met here 2 years ago.

We used to stay here for a weekend once a year. This was our third time, and it was still as good as before. The Etalon restaurant in the hotel building is very delicious. The room we stayed in was big enough for a family with two children.
