Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SlovakiaUpon arrival, the front desk staff did not speak English—only German—which made communication quite challenging, but we managed to get through it. Although we had booked rooms with air conditioning, it wasn't working. When we asked about it, we were told it was "not the season yet"—something that hadn’t been mentioned in advance. While we could open the balcony doors for air, the abundance of mosquitoes meant we had to sit in the dark to avoid being bitten. We were also advised to try the hotel restaurant, but unfortunately, that turned out to be a disappointing experience—we definitely wouldn't recommend it.
Hotel next to the Spa House, room with balcony and very nice breakfast.

SlovakiaEven they were offering rooms with airconditioning - it was not working. Answer at the reception was that it will be working from next week. So we were cooking in the room and in the evening siting in dark, because on Windows there wasn’t mosquito net on Windows. At our arrival receptionist was speaking only german. And if they advice for their restaurant - go looking somewhere else.

AustriaRooms need to be renovated and upgraded in terms of quality. A few activities for families and more proctive advertisement of the services on site would be also useful.
Great breakfast and excellent restaurant on site. The pool, sauna, kid playroom, massage and cosmetics were great added value for a family stay. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We got a discount coupon for the restaurant on site.

SpainThe bathroom was big enough but with a small washbasin and small shower tray! And the tv was the smallest in the market for the size of the room.
Very near to the entrance of Sárvár thermal. They let us a bathrobe which we can put-on to the thermal. The great thing the as our room was an attic so they let the AC turned on before we arrived and even with another portable AC to help. Although the weather was nice during our stay so we needn’t to use it later.

Nice, cheap, for family very good - childer room, inner pool with warm water, very close is aquapark. Many restauratnt near, good restaurant right in the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. Recommened.
