A pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement. Be prepared for mosquitoes and bring repellent. Those with gluten-free diets will find the bread selection very limited. In the evenings, the bar area can be noisy with children; a designated adult-only zone would be a welcome addition for guests seeking a quieter atmosphere.

A fantastic stay with many highlights: The Room: Spacious with a large balcony offering amazing views of Lake Balaton and a well-equipped, modern bathroom. Amenities: Private parking, a nice beach area, and a 24/7 spa and fitness room. Dining: Both dinner and breakfast were good with a great variety of choices. Service: Efficient and smooth check-in and check-out process, with the added convenience of an e-receipt.

Breakfast & evening meal could get very busy, sometimes you’d have to wait for a table. Daily room service was a bit intermittent, some days we’d have the room cleaned and clean towels, other days we’d just have clean towels left on our beds, without areas being cleaned

In the evening, the nearby zoo is cleaned, so there are animal smells.

Despite the hotel being fully booked, everything felt very comfortable — there were enough sunbeds, plenty of space, and the food was delicious. The staff managed to give attention to everyone. The hotel offers a beautiful view. We enjoyed the entertainment and its variety. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-designed. The gym is great.

Didn’t like the view from the window – it was facing the road, with noise from passing trains, and there was a parking entrance below, so it was often quite noisy.

We truly enjoyed our stay – everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, especially the reception team and the bartenders. The evenings with live music were simply magical and created such a relaxing atmosphere. The beach was very comfortable and well-maintained – it made relaxing by the lake a real pleasure. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and great service. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The checkout time at 10:00 felt far too early – it doesn’t leave any time to enjoy the hotel on your last morning, and a noon checkout would make a big difference. I also thought the gym opened too late at 8:00, especially since breakfast ends at 10:00; I prefer to work out before breakfast, so earlier access would be appreciated. Outside the hotel, there isn’t much to do unless you drive or bike somewhere, and the area is very quiet, with everything closing by 22:00. That can be relaxing, but it’s worth knowing that this is more of a place to unwind than to explore. Three nights felt just right for me, but for a longer stay, good weather would be essential to avoid getting bored.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a big wardrobe, lots of space for my things, and a large balcony with a lovely lake view. I liked having an empty mini fridge to store my own drinks and food. The gym was well equipped, and the spa area was great, especially the big sauna with a beautiful view. There were plenty of sun beds both indoors and outside, and the outdoor area was large and inviting. The hotel has a modern, simple style that I liked. Breakfast and dinner were good, and I appreciated how clearly food intolerances were marked. When I asked for a milk-free dessert, they brought me a special cake, which was a really thoughtful gesture. The staff in the dining area were super nice, and most staff were friendly, although the reception team could have been more helpful. I also liked the many activity options like bowling, ping pong, biking, and water sports.

It was not as clean as one would imagine on the first sight: the curtains in the room are super dusty, showers in the sauna need a proper clean on the regular basis. I couldn't stay in steam sauna because it was really stinking, thats a real shame. The worst part was check in (recieved a plenty of emails for electronic check in, which doesn't work, the last check in invitationcame 1 hour after we left) and especially check out. Charging policy is very unclear (half will be booked from credit card on the first day automatically, the second one has to pay by checkout). It created a big mess with us. Moreover, by paying, the manager just says the sum and im supposed to pay first and see the invoice later, which is also hardly readable since there are 1-2 words in English and the rest in Hungarian. This check out experience really destroyed our image from staying in the hotel.

This hotel was a highlight on my business trip to this area. The breakfast was delicious, wellness was amazing, hotel staff was very nice... Hotel is in a very nice location, so a short walk in surroudings made me also happy. This was my third stay, I was again more than satisfied and I will definitely come again.

My room was very hot. 27degrees overnight! Air conditioner didn’t work. So I slept very badly.

Pool and gym should be open after 8:00 PM becase there is not much to do in the hotel late in the evening. Also, all expenisve hotels we were stayed before had pool opened until 10:00 or 11:00 PM

Overpriced hotel for foreign tourists. A/C was nearly useless. It worked but by morning our room was still over 24 deg. Our room was invaded by little flies. Didn't bite but still annoying.

Modern hotel. Ideal place if you like wandering round in a white dressing gown doing "wellness" and if you like children. Buffet dinner and lunch both have a reasonable selection. Nice views across the lake.

A magnificent modern hotel, very clean, with comfortable and spacious rooms. Delicious and varied food for breakfast and dinner. A cozy spa area with warm pools, clean saunas, and an unforgettable view of the lake. Friendly staff who are always ready to help. The hotel grounds include a children’s playground and many other entertainment areas. We were also pleased with the tables featuring various interactive board games.

Feels like service was at 70-80% since we stayed off-season. Expecting more staff, food options, cleaners when it's peak. Pool/SPA is rather small for Hotel of this size, however did not bother us as it was not crowded (off-season).

Nice Hotel (Resort), good value for money. Nice touch was Hotel AI assistant which we used as Language barrier in Hungary is a big thing.

We went on a trip with our son, he is 6 months old so I was really worried how everything will work out. However everything was above my expectations. From the crib and paying attention to every detail ( they left a small gift for him) to make our short stay enjoyable. Pool was very clean and our son enjoyed so much. I would definitely recommend this place to visit.

Even though the description dis not say the hotel had swimming pool, from the way the pools were photographed we were under the impression that the pools were slightly longer and suitable for swimming.

I liked the clean and stylish design of the facility. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was great and in the wellness we particularly liked how the saunas were situated looking at the lake.
