How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location was amazingly quiet, the facilities inside the property are great with play area for kids, many seating areas, barbecues. The room was spacious, with air conditioning unit, large bathroom, the room had 2 door entries and a private breakfast area with a small table and chairs. I would have loved to stay for a week to enjoy everything that the property offers, nice lake around and very clean village

It's our 4th time staying in this Panzio. The hosts are very kind, communication is easy as well the check-in. The apartment this time was very comfortable and spacious, clean and with enough furniture. In the kitchen you have the most important. I can only recommend this when crossing Hungiry or just for several days relax next to the Lake.

We had a lovely stay at this location, as it is family-oriented and made us feel welcome; friendly host, amazing view near the pond, playground for kids, delicious breakfast, etc.

Stayed here for 1 night - reserved a family room Very spacious, cosy and clean room with tv, fridge, and floor heating. Very welcoming hosts taking good care of the guests and the surrounding facilities: Private parking Table tennis and other board games Fire/Grill place Breakfast possibility Just behind the accommodation there is a nice lake

My daufhter was scared by two spiders, which were not removed, but these are normal for the summer on the ground floor, nothing to stop us from next stay
We were second time on our way home and again not disappointed. The owners are very kind, the apartment has all the amentites needed, the beds are very comfortable

Poor management. Should have been more comfortable and quiet given to location. There was a teenagers party when we arrived. The next days the property was overcrowded. No room cleaning, no fresh towels for a 5 night stay. A low-frequency noise, might be from the jacuzzy, is very ennoing especially at night.

Nothing everything was fine
Everything was okay it was a pleasant stay. Because i was travelling through many countries and borders with a lot of traffic i had to check in very late but still this was no problem, very kind people. I really recommend this place and i will be back for sure. Thank you for the kindness

The room was probably converted from the corridor leading to the terrace, so quite narrow. There was no space to spread the luggage, hengers, chairs to put cloths or other things. For a longer stay for 4 people it would be inconvenient, but for 1 night - it was quite enough for us.
Pension located in the countryside, so quiet, we had a good rest during the journey. Extremely clean! Comfortable beds, including one bunk bed, but full size. Helpful and nice owners. Large, comfortable bathroom. Tasty, filling, warm breakfast. Fridge in the room. Well-equipped common kitchen. Ground floor room without stairs.

Everything would have been fine if the hotel management hadn't pressured us to leave the hotel so aggressively, denying us even basic amenities like using the restroom before checking out. We were the only guests in the hotel, and there were no other guests booked in after us. Initially, they asked us to leave at 8 AM, but I reminded them that our checkout time was 11 AM. Despite this, we were rushed and prevented from packing our belongings properly. As a result, we had to hastily load our belongings into the car and go to a gas station to use the restroom.

Staff not welcoming at all, rude. Requested 2 separate beds, denied although a twin room, cheaper, was available on Booking. Requested to use the sauna, denied also. They don’t operate in the morning and it was “booked” in the evening. No curtains on the bedroom window, so we were up at 5 in the morning. No soap in the bathroom. To top it off the barking from the neighbors dog didn’t stop for the 12 hours we were there.
