Two small bottles of water per day is quite common in 4 star hotels. I suspect they are trying to be environmentally friendly. Perhaps two glass refills per day would work for them instead. There are occasional opportunities to get free water but we had to buy more to be hydrated. No shop for miles.

I have stayed at many places in Hungary which are great. This is the only place I grade as exceptional.

The beds where very uncomfortable .. first night my bed was 2 mattresses put together, hard and the crack very uncomfortable .. even if the room was very nice … they offered to change room to a full bed with no crack .. then called me to say I needed to pay more ! In the end I didn’t but new room was much smaller.. no crack in bed .. but not comfortable

Absolutely everything. Perfect place to stay for a week. Polite stuff, delicious good quality food, perfectly clean big room, with terrace and comfortable mattress..(cleaning every day), big sauna area, inside and outside pools...in the middle of the nature. Birds everywhere... unbelievable location.

Nothing. Not a thing

Absolute hidden gem. The hotel is lovely, the facilities are fantastic and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and really inventive. We’ve already booked for the summer. Can’t wait to return.

Mattresses were a bit hard but fine for shorter stay. Just a heads up, we didn't find any slippers in our room, luckily we brought our own. Maybe it was possible to ask for one on the reception desk.

Location is beautiful, hotel is surrounded with greenery and there is a lovely lake near by, ideal for a short walk. Spa is excellent, 3 pools (1 for kids), large hot tub, 5,6 saunas, outdoor terrace with jacuzzi. Staff is really nice, everybody speaks English (we saw some comments from previous guests that staff don't speak English but most of them do :) ). Breakfast was good, not too many choices but really tasty, same as dinner. You can rent bowling alley, there is a table tennis and a table football for fun.

Great selection of food, fantastic coffee, friendly staff. Excellent spa and welnes, pools with warm water. The hotel is in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery. There is a path to a nearby pond

Nothing. It was a delightful oasis.

Everything was above expectation. The hotel was so lovely, with lots of thoughtful touches, like sofas on the landing outside the lifts. The room was spotless and comfortable and the spa was amazing. Most of the staff speak a small amount of English but they are so helpful and if you try speaking (my very poor) Hungarian, they are very responsive and friendly. The food was delicious.

disastrous behavior of the Hungarian guests in the sauna...all guests in bathing suits to the sauna, no towels, straight from the pool to the sauna, wearing flip flops...no rules or sauna master to warn about the sauna culture...very disappointed about this 😡😡😡😡

Everything was absolutely perfect. The room, the food, the staff, the spa was amazing . All the staff was very approachable, kind and smiley. We loved how they dealt with the request of many racers, who had an early start at the Spartan, to have breakfast earlier. We all appreciated this so much.

The trip was too short

We liked everything :) Only watchout for those with toddlers - there is no outdoor playground for you. There is one playground next to hotel, but it is purely for grown-ups and is quite abandoned.

Very good looking hotel super kids friendly. Rooms are big + a balcony. Outdoor and indoor pools are very different and you can rotate all the time. Food is delicious :)

Beds are not very comfy and the pillows were terrible. Would be nice to have a double bed instead of twins set together. Shower was a bit tricky, because water was flowing out so you had to stand in a specific angle.

Food was good and it was never really crowded when we were there. The pools area is tidy and clean. Staff were friendly and the massage was great. The location is beautiful, green and quiet, with easy access to hiking spots and 25 mins drive to Pécs.

The staff speak foreign languages ​​extremely poorly, which is completely unacceptable for a four-star hotel. There are no translations, even at the breakfast and dinner, so you don't even know what you're eating. The beds could br better.

The wellness center is fully equipped and spacious, the rooms are of good size and there are plenty of accompanying facilities inside the hotel.

Dinner wasn't good, not many choices. Staff doesn't speak english, and those who do speak very badly. In my opinion it's too expensive for what they offer.

Wellness was good. It was clean, and saunas and pools are good. The outdoor pool is a bit too cold, and the bar in the pool doesn't work

The aircondition was broken and actually heated the room and the staff didn’t care to help. Also they tried to force me to buy a carafe that I borrowed for water in the room. It was “policy” to buy it, the told me, but I wasn’t informed of that when they handed it to me. Breakfast starts at 7:30 which is late if you have early plans. I started breakfast 10m too early and was told to empty my plate and leave. All in all: absolutely horrible “service”.
