In our first day, the toilet is very dirty, no toilet tissue and very hot. No aircon, so we can't sleep.

Too thin walls, we could hear every word of the neighbours. Too many mosquitoes (a net on the windows could be very useful).

Location was perfect. Staff were super great and helpful. Room was large. Fridge and kitchen on disposal. Garden to enjoy.

This place is okay as long as your expectations aren't too high or medium lol. It does the job for a night, but I probably wouldn't want to stay here for an extended trip unfortunately. The room itself is very outdated, and basic. A bit rough around the edges so to speak. I feel like the room was clean but because everything's really old it makes it feel not clean. I had a girl's only room which made me feel better. Bathrooms were sub-par. The toilets were pretty gross, broken seat, water on the floor - not ideal. Showers were in a different room, it said girls only but I did see some male staff going in and out occasionally, maybe for cleaning? Showers are a press to start situation, so you get 4 seconds of hot water and then it stops, so you have to press it a few times for a decent wash. No where private to change either which was a bit annoying.

If you're after a place to practice singing, come here. The bathroom has amazing acoustics!! Hahah Great location. Cheap price for budapest. Quiet place. Safe. Large lockers.

The cooker was confusing. The instructions on the wall for the electric hob were inverted (numbers on the dials were rubbed off and there was paper on the wall showing instructions)

I was told by the receptionist that the building is actually used for student accommodation and in the summer when the students go home it's rented as a hostel. The rooms were fantastic. Very spacious between the beds, there was an upstairs and downstairs floor to the room I stayed in. Big tables in the room that made packing my backpack much easier! Big wash room was also nice.

I had low expectations since this hostel was reviewed lower but it was by far the best of the three i stayed in in Budapest. Great location and quiet. 20 min from center by tram and close walk to castle and great bakery. Facilities were fine.

Room was ok, but floor in bathroom was dirty. Floor near the fridge for guests was very sticky for quite some time. Since it's a student's dormitory, everyone should clean for themselfes but some seemed to not care.Ocassionally, loud music from neighbours from other room.

Very close to M2 metro line, Shopping Mall and Lidl very close - 10 minute walk to Parliment , nice and helpfull stuff.

Nice place and kind people, very hospitable host. lovely art in the hallways and a grande piano that, though it might need some tuning, is enjoyable to play on.

The only negative thing was the size and equipment of the kitchen & fridge, so if you plan on making food, be prepared that it might be a little hard. We ended up eating instant ramen and restaurant food, which worked out just fine. One of out beds was also pretty noisy.

We stayed at Season Hostel 1 instead, as there were some complications with the booking, but everything was handled very smoothly and nicely. Just note that this review is for another building. The place is a boarding school that turns into a hostel during summer when the students are away, so the vibe is very fun and interesting. The rooms are big and have good storage space, and there's a beautiful little courtyard inside the hostel area. The staff deserves their own special mention. The receptionist was very friendly and lovely, and he made us feel like we were at home. The check-in was easy and we always got help if we needed.

the manager is just a great guy! I could not pay for parking for a car and he went with me to pay for parking, since I only had euros and a card. The manager was very helpful and always friendly! let me use the iron!)

Well - cleaned, but not inside the rooms, sticky tables, floors apparently not always cleaned, bed tables too. Bathrooms and toilets are actually well-cleaned.

Good for the price, good location, I came for Sziget 2024, top location. Super well-managed for the amount of people they handle. Good WIFI, can even work from there. Would be great if the rooms would be cleaned before every guest coming, but they don't have a lot of staff to do it probably.
