AustraliaDinner was average. Food selections were not great. Strange that drinks are an extra purchase with half board, not even table water included. Breakfast even more limit then Dinner. I think we only ate toast, as nothing else looked fresh or appetising. Spa hours limit the time you have in the spa to only the afternoon of arrival on a one night stay. Salt hills very difficult to access outside of spa hours.
We choose this hotel for the spa and view of the salt hills. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Our view was good but slightly obstructed by trees. Access to the spa directly through the hotel, made access easy. Garage parking available.

Excellent spa with lots of thermal pools. Rich breakfast and dinner. Dining room had sufficient capacity. Nice rooms with perfect air conditioning and comfortable beds.

United KingdomRestaurant was a bit chaotic with people going in different directions.
Lovely spacious room on 4th floor, exceptionally clean, balcony overlooking salt hill and view down to Nostalgia Furdo. Room had everything you needed including all towels and bathrobes for spa and pool, kettle with tea and coffee (no English tea but we brought our own!) and chargeable mini-bar. Dinner was Hungarian buffet and a little chaotic but plenty of choice. Breakfast again great selection. Really wish we could have spent more than one night there - bed really comfortable, had a great night's sleep.

Hungary- Very limited vegetarian options at both breakfast and dinner buffets — quite disappointing for a modern, high-end resort. - While customisation was offered and appreciated, a broader standard vegetarian selection should be expected at this level.
- Room rate included unlimited access to the Spa facilities. - Spa was superb — both the medicinal and regular pools were well-maintained and very enjoyable. - Friendly and attentive staff, especially in the restaurant, where they went out of their way to make us comfortable. - Customised vegetarian pasta dishes were thoughtfully prepared upon request.

United KingdomNo access to hotel checking in for public transport customers. Only with cars. No info where is reception. Here reception was at BACK of hotel at 7th floor. Only one way to reception is- no porters, no lifts of course. By stairs up- allocated at left side building till 5th floor, then need go into car park, then with lift till 7th floor. With car it was easy. We come with public transport. Team can't give info /do not know what going on in pool & sauna. Only customers explained about all. .

DenmarkThe cafes and restaurants are a bit disappointing at the spa/beach. By the afternoon they are running low on food options and are a bit pricey.
The hotel is exceptional. Everything went smoothly with finding a parking spot, the check-in was fast and easy and our room was comfy and clean, with a cute balcony overlooking the hills. The spa was excellent and it is open until late so we did some night swims. The food was fantastic, tasty, high quality and various. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!
