Parking is a true headache and it is overbooked. Typically, no more than four cars can be parked, or some vehicles may need to be moved before you can leave, as the layout often blocks the exit.

Nice property with typically poorly equipped rooms and uncomfortable arrangements. It's a good medium level 3 star hotel with a small but nice garden and a very tiny beach, compared to the number of rooms.

There are a lot of improvements that need to be done to make the place perfect. The rooms were dirty, there were spiders and lots of dust. The breakfast is of low quality and does not satisfy our stay.

We liked the view, the overall look and feel in the place! It’s magical.

This is an aparthotel therefore there some limitations like the not existing 24h reception. What we did not like that the studio is located direct next to breakfast room which was very noisy in the morning. The bed was very small and the room was not cleaned very well.

The Aparthotel is direct located at the Balaton Lake with direct connect to the beach. It offers extra services like Jacuzzi, sauna., bycicles to rent. The reception is not 24h but we were contacted when we will arrive and could take over the keys. We used the offered parking lot inside the hotel area because the free parking lots are direct at the street. There is a railway line on the other side of the street but the rooms are mainly to the lake side so the noise is acceptable. The hotel is a bit outside of the city center but there some small restaurants nearby.

I can say that the bathroom was clean and very nice, but the cleaning lady forgot to wipe off the drips on the shower door. Considering everything else in the bathroom was very clean, I think she was just tired) The only thing that really bothered me was the air conditioning. It is floor standing and I didn't notice the outside of the air conditioner (maybe I just didn't saw it? :). I tried to turn it on at a cool temperature, it was... badly. Since the weather was very comfortable, it didn't bother me, rather I was thinking about whether to go back to this hotel in July and the possibility of being without air conditioning made me confused. I confess, I do not trust air conditioners without an outside unit). - Parking. My car is pretty small and I didn't feel a problem with parking, but for larger cars it can be a whole quest to park.

To be honest, I wanted to write a detailed review, because what I have read on this site is partially no longer true (about old rooms etc.). I spent three nights in this hotel and this is what I can say - The room that I got was definitely renovated. There were no spiders, no old trash, and the bed was clean. It was a small but very nice room. The only old part to the room was the closet, but it wasn't bad either. The mattress was great, the pillow...let's call it too soft in my opinion. The TV worked great, the wifi was great, I felt very comfortable) The room has a safe and a refrigerator (empty). The fridge is very small. Noise isolation in the room is fine. Yes, there is a train across the street and if you listen VERY hard, you can hear the neighbors. It didn't bother me, I had a great night's sleep. - The hotel grounds are the best part of the hotel, it's true. Incredibly pleasant courtyard with sun beds, tables and access to the lake. The hot tub is free, I can't say it seemed dirty) Personally, quiet was very important to me, and since the hotel is far from Siofok center, I was happy. There is a small city beach nearby, a little further away there is a paid beach. - Breakfast. Yes, it is not varied, but for me quite enough. The usual English breakfast. The breakfast area itself is small and you may have to sit at the same table with the other residents, but I don't see that as a problem. - Staff. Above all praise. Nice girl from the reception - I sincerely hope you get a bonus for your friendliness, you deserve it. Very friendly and unobtrusive. In summary, I can say that as a guesthouse it is wonderful.

small bed, very simple equipments in the room, half of the lamps were not working, rust stained towels, dirty soap dispenser, disturbing noise of the train. Lack if staff: 1 person had to serve the dinner, do the check-ins, the check-outs, organising the payments, introduce the facility, show around and show me my room (could not make it, just explained where can I find it) and manage the jakuzzi timetable at the same time which created chaos. The team was unable to organise and pack breakfast for the 2 days I had to leave early, nor they offered a discount for that, despite the fact that I chose this apartment precisely because breakfast was included in the price.

It’s not maintained, at least not as per the prices they’re charging. Rooms offered were extremely small, dirty, mattresses uncomfortable and pillows that would give you a body ache. In short, it’s like staying in a camper van while paying for a 5 star hotel. We were offered a room that had a terrace however it’s practically useless for us because we have a baby and the railings are not covered so there’s a risk of your baby falling. Inside the rooms, there is hardly any space and you struggle to find space for opening your suitcase and walking around. AC is so close to the bed that it feels like it’s buzzing in your ears but then they don’t cool. Because the space is so tight and the beds have a sharp edge protruding, I actually hurt myself. TV is placed in the room but that is no remote, nor that we found in our room. Bathroom is so tiny that you couldn’t stretch your arms while taking a shower, and there is no space for toiletries so you hold your shower gel tube in hand while rinsing.. 😂 I would not recommend this place for the rating it has and for the prices they’re charging. Siófok has so a lot many properties, this should be the last option and that too after the price drop of 70-80% I felt cheated and disappointed after receiving the service.

Location and the view from the pier is great, though you cannot see the sunset from the property. Rooms have hot plate stoves and microwave which makes it convenient for families. Staff is pleasant and helpful but then it’s not really a resort, reception is not always available. While they provide half board, meals offered are very limited but felt authentic. Onsite parking is available on a first come first serve basis with maximum of 5 cars capacity.

At the corner of the room for handicapped people/people with baby strollers, there is a jacuzzi, which is very disturbing. It's not possible to open the windows because if there are people in the jacuzzi, they sit literally under your windows, and you hear each word, and if they smoke it comes to the room (btw that exact corner is a smoking area as well!!). There is no lift in the main building so the restaurant isn't accessible for handicapped people or with a baby stroller. The staff doesn't care about guests and enjoys all the facilities themselves.

This place has a small cozy garden and its pier. Food was good and potions were big.

The lake is absolutely beautiful. The staff were helpful, friendly and relaxed. Our suite was enormous and comfortable. The whole vibe was just brilliant.

Pictures do not correspond to the reality---I even went back to my reservation to check if we came to the right place. We received an old room with an old and very loud AC. Bathroom very old and worn out, no toiletries apart from handsoap. Bedsheets didn't smell fresh. Breakfast was very simple. They advertise themselves as 4*, but in reality, the quality is not there. Maybe they were 4* 15-20 years ago...

Right by the lake, nice jacuzzi, flexible staff, nice inner courtyard/garden.

The price a bit high but all over Europe is the same this year so...

An amazing place, excellent location. Although quite far from the city center , the problem was solved with the free bicycles that you can use. We loved the we could rent electric boats right there in the backyard.
