More modern rooms have USB power sockets but we brought our own USB plugs and so this wasn't a problem.

The room was fantastic. Really spacious and comfortable. It was clean and quiet. We didn't use the television. The shower was good; hot water and plenty of it. I was very happy that there was a open air carpark that the car could fit into. A consideration for people with roof boxes or bicycles.

I eat glutenfree and dairy free not because I follow any trend, but because I have an autoimmun condition and I don't have any choice otherwise I have flare ups and pain. There was NO gluten free or dairy free option for breakfast. Not a single bun or bread despite you can have this anywhere already packed and made. And in Hungary you have a lot of good option, made there. Or any vegan joghurt. Every groceries have alpro joghurt or milk.. So this was disappointing and next time I have to bring some for myself.

The hotel is 30 min walk from the city centre. Lots of free parking at the hotel. Opposite the hotel is Sopron Plaza. The Hotel is at the end of Sopron, where you can leave the city to reach Austria. the Room was very big and well furnished, modern. A huge king bed. Extra sofa. A very big bathroom with two washbasins. Tolilet separated from the bathroom. Fridge in the room, Airconditioned facility. Super clean. Spotless. Breakfast very good, buffe type. The hotel restaurant offers very good meals. The hotel is 3 star, but it is reaching easily 4 star. A very good place to stay. Recommended for eveyone.

it was a bit tricky to find the way of the parking in the hotel, not a good signing. Room were a bit hot, air con was a bit useless,, so we had to open the window, then it became a little bit noisy because of the traffic.

we liked the size of the room. we liked the restaurant, food was delicious and the cakes were excellent too. staff were friendly and helpful.

4:30 am across the street shopping center was getting a grass cut for hours listening to the weed whacker making that loud noise and getting a good sleep was no fun!

The Restaurant was dissapointing, despite its regular space the places for breakfast are very limited making it crowded even if just a few people. The lack of food variety, but specially the annoyed and rude approach of the staff here - in particular of the male waiter - ruin the good vibes of this place making you to change your mind to book again. With so many Austrian guests, probably the Management has to make some serious changes to keep the good reputation.

The staff at Reception was really professional, extremely efficient and very kind, allowing to check in even before 2 pm. The rooms are clean and the bathroom very nice. You can have a coffee or tea in the room. Parking is also ensured and free for hotel guests.

There were not much things to dislike, but maybe breakfast offer could be more refreshing - fruits, pancakes etc.

We choose this hotel mostly for its location - very close to sports centre and shopping centre.

The bedroom was a great size but was very warm, and we were unable to cool it..

The restaurant/ evening menu is superb. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The cold buffet was good, hot not so much, and the trays could not be filled fast enough! It was a shame!!

Lovely hotel and room was big with a king-size bed, table and 2 chairs also, a small sofa. The bathroom had a bath with a shower over, with a separate toilet by the room door. Food was delicious and very well made highly recommended, the cakes were freshly made and so delicious. Lots of free parking and secure.
