We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryThe are charging right at arrival which is unusual for a 4* hotel and looks like a lack of customer trust. The breakfast is really poor, far not a 4* hotel level.
First of all 5* for the professional staff, who went aboye and beyond to fullfil all our requests with ki dness and patience. The hotel is amazing, ultra modern, with spacious and cozy rooms, nice sofa, great TV, kitchen, fridge, coffee machine and a super cool bar table. It has excellent electric blind curtains which are really convenient. There is an underground garage free of charge during the week.

HungaryWe really this place! The room was very spacious and nicely decirated. The breakfast was enjoyable as well. The receptionist offered us maps and recommended a lot of nice restaurants. This place is very close to rhe city center, maybe 10 minutes walk I'd say.

Romaniathere were several aspects that felt disappointing for a 4-star hotel. There was no minibar in the room, which is unexpected at this level. There was also no on-site restaurant, limiting dining options. The view from the balcony was unpleasant, facing an old, rundown apartment block and some shabby garages. The mattress was extremely uneven and uncomfortable, which made sleeping difficult. Lastly, the breakfast was very poor in both quality and variety.
The hotel has some clear strengths: it’s a new and clean building, with a modern, unique and stylish design. The underground parking is spacious and easy to access, and a big plus was the free electric vehicle charging station. The room had a huge, high-end smart TV – really impressive – and the blackout effect from the electric curtains was amazing
