We came at 1am and we really appreciated receptionist positive attitude, kindness and being super quick ´cause we were dead tired. I didnt check how big is the apartment in prior, but when I entered the room, I was just stunned. Very large room, clean and cosy.

Breakfast ended really early and we had already paid for it, cleaned up by 9:30. Should have been 10:30 IMO. No refunds There was supposed to be a microwave in our room but there was not. It was hot in our bedroom, the AIR-Con unit was in the living room and it wouldn’t go below 23.

The room 402 was beyond our expectations. It was very modern and stylish. There are 2 separate bedrooms and 1 living room. The beds were super comfy.

This hotel is amazing. The location is great, pretty much in the city centre. We were superbly looked after from the moment we arrived until we left, the room was gorgeous, nice decor, very spacious, luxury feel. Highly recommended 😊

Breakfast was the only part I really didn't like and thought was not on the same level as the hotel itself. It's a very small (indoor part) area and the AC was turned on very high and was blowing to my face/neck wherever I sat. Almost nothing for vegetarians and overall not much variety. Even the scrambled eggs were mixed with bacon. Other very small things that I would suggest having: coasters for glasses (to avoid leaving water marks), shoe cabinet near the entrance door and cushions for balcony chairs.

The room, or should I say the apartment is of great value. Very clean, very modern and was definitely the best buy throughout my Hungary trip. Most of the staff was very nice and the check in and out was done swiftly. Will come back for sure, if ever in Szeged.

Excellent location! Outstanding hospitality, comfortable bed, generous space with kitchenette (we had a coffee machine and a kettle), sparkling clean, nice balcony. Also, the underground parking is another plus. We would stay here again for sure. The city exceeded our expectations, and it is worth visiting.

Outstanding customer service. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped and give the feel of an actual apartment rather than a room. Staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating and made us feel liked valued guests. We were loyal to a next door competitor until we discovered RIVAS BOUTIQUE HOTEL. This experience far exceeded that of the next door competitor. Needless to say our trips to Szeged going forward will ALWAYS be spent at RIVAS BOUTIQUE HOTEL.

The parking is a bit tricky. The door doesn’t open automatically when you return to the hotel.
