Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Good stuff, very modern and clean hotel. Quiet stay, great breakfast options. We also tried the cocktail bar on the rooftop - it was a great end of the long day, and very unique cocktail options.

AustriaIt is always better to have Forint in cash, the local currency, since paying with card and accepting the singular exchange rates in each place varies and is connected to additional cost. The rooms had cups and a water boiler, but no tea, coffee or sugar provided.
The Hotel is quite new and is located in a newly built business\residential area of Buda. Its location is between tall buildings so a great view is not guaranteed from the room. The rooms are reasonable size, beds are comfortable and overall it is clean, if you would start checking in detail corners and on carpets you can find spots were the cleaning could be better, but it was not problematic for us. Breakfast was nice, with a nice variety, especially cool is the automatic pancakes maker :) Like in most hotels in Budapest the Parking has to be payed additional 15 Euro per night as well as the tourist tax. The city center can be reached with the bus, the station is close by the hotel, by walking you take 25-30min and Uber costs between 10-15 Euro the ride.

Very close you have coffee shops, restaurants, minimarkets. and for sure I will chose them again. Also you have parking, 15eur/ night, but it is underground, and you have direct elevator to the rooms. Very nice to stay. I totally recommend

Perfect location for us. Spar 2 min walk, and Flava beach less than 5 min walk which was amazing. We spent a lot of time there chilling. Best part of our trip. Rooms and hotel nice and clean, little gym has what you need.

Very clean, new hotel. Nice staff, easy check in. Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is good. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe at night. Pet friendly. The parking option in the garage under the hotel also seemed a bit expensive (15 euros), but it was convenient and I don't think there were any other parking options.

Everything is new and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The roms are sparkling clean. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need, including hand lotion. The towels are big and fluffy.

From the moment we arrived, the professionalism and warmth of the staff truly stood out. We were greeted by two friendly female receptionists who welcomed us with genuine smiles and quickly resolved a room issue, ensuring our son could stay comfortably with us, after consulting with the manager who was certainly customer-care oriented. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made all the difference. Checkout was just as smooth and efficient, with the receptionist Sidra providing kind and attentive service. The entire team made a lasting impression with their commitment to guest comfort. The hotel itself is spotless, with consistently high standards of cleanliness. The Shanghai restaurant is absolutely exquisite both in quality and service, while breakfast offers a great variety and is well-managed. Location is great in Buda part, but we were only interested in certain family atteactions nearby, so we didn't get to explore the surroudings. While I’ve stayed in many hotels, it’s rare to find a team that elevates the experience in such a meaningful way. Cleanliness is essential, but it’s the people who make the stay exceptional, and this team certainly did.

CroatiaNothing specially to complain about, except the breakfast is nice but rather simple, so it could be just a little better.
The location of this new hotel is perfect for attending concerts in Budapest Park (or events in e.g. in MVM Dome, Groupama Arena...) as there is a nearby tram-station, but you can also take an easy 20 minute walk across the bridge. If you want to visit City Center, it is a short drive with Uber. Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is good. There is a water machine in the hall and you can always help yourself with fresh cold water, which is great during the summer. There is a possibility to conveniently park your car in a hotel garage, for a certain fee. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and especially many thanx to Miss Sidra, who kindly helped us with the lost ring 😊. We would certainly come back to this Hotel.
