The view from the room to the street. There is no shelf in the shower cabin. Always control the bill when you pay for a drink. The last point refers to the thermal spa. It is very poor, it's expensive and very old fashioned. It was a huge disappointment.

The room is like on the pictures. The kitchen well equipped. The bed quite comfortable. The breakfasts and dinners were really tasty -but you should pay for the drinks at the dinners.

The room was very spacious, stylish and clean. The furniture is in good condition and everything works fine. The check in was fast and easy. I highly recommend this hotel in Sárvár.

I know this is only budget room for 2 persons, but there is no wall hanger for coats ( specially missing in winter season), there was only 1 armchair and NO small table. Sorry this could be a standard furniture in the room.

We were visiting Termal SPA for the first time. Location perfect for this. Cleanliness and equipped room also was good enough for the 1 night stay. But it is rooms for longer stay also with small kitchen area with all nessecary stuff in it

- on the pictures of the ad there are flowers and a zamioculcas plant in the room - in reality: no flowers, no plants, just grey everything, then more grey, black and a little yellow. The fair thing to do would be to delete those ad pictures OR to actually add the plants to the room. - the ceiling is "exposed concrete", so looking up you can feel like a homeless person sheltering at a half-finished construction site... sorry, not a fan of this trend. - be aware that there is no freezer in the fridge - the shades are useless: you will get up with the sun at 4 AM - the bed is really hard - the bowls in the kitchen feature the Italian curse word "cazzo". Not sure, the owners googled the true meaning of this word...

R31 Residence is part of the tourist complex of buildings belonging to the Onyx Luxury Hotel. After collecting the keys, it is necessary to transfer the car to the parking lot of the building where the apartment is located. On that occasion, it is necessary to be very careful because traffic regulation and visibility are extremely bad (parked cars on the sidewalk, the city's busiest street). This also applies to pedestrians because there is no marked crosswalk when, for example, you go to and from breakfast. The nearest pedestrian crossings are left and right approx. 100 m. During registration, we were not given clear instructions in which building our apartment is located, and the signs of buildings and apartments are insufficiently highlighted. All photos of the rooms on Booking are with a view of the garden or courtyard, as it is emphasized in the description. We expected such a room. They assigned us a room on the ground floor with a balcony right next to the road! We were looking for another unit and we agreed to a unit in the attic without a balcony, but also facing the road because it was the only option without extra charge. It is interesting that they offered us a unit with a kitchen and a view of the garden for an additional fee, and for the unit without a balcony in the attic they did not offer a refund even though we paid for a more expensive unit with a balcony. There was no shower gel in the room and the hand soap was used up. The insulation is extremely bad and you can hear the passing of every car on the road. There is no coat hanger in the room at the entrance. The refrigerator is noisy. The floor is cold. The pillow is too thick. A kettle and at least tea are missing. For breakfast, you have to go to another building across a busy road without a marked crosswalk. The price of an overnight stay with breakfast was 96 euros. Definitely overpaid!
