The hotel is excellently located in downtown Miskolc. Rooms are very clean and stylish. The hotel is of very modern design, looks practically brand new. There is even an underground garage, so you can park your car safely. Breakfast was delicious and rich. The hotel bar has a good selections of Ukrainian (!) craft beers, which is fairly uncommon in Hungary, despite the high quality of these beers. During our stay their was a short fire alarm. The hotel staff remained very clam and behaved professionally - it was visible that they are all well-trained also for this type of situations. The pricing reflects the quality of the hotel. All in all, a very nice, highly commendable place.

A really nice, new hotel in a quiet location. We had a great corner room with all the best amenities. Great breakfast with a wide selection of hot & cold foods, cooked well. There is a lovely terrace where we had a drink & enjoyed the view. The hotel is in a very good location next to the famous wooden church & an easy walk to the city centre. There was also a free underground car park with direct hotel access.

Great hotel, located 300m from the city centre. Very clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Rich breakfast. Parking in a safe garage included in the price. Good value for money - I recommend it 😊

Constantly flashing smoke alarm at night, barking dogs in the next room.

Super friendly and helpful staff, large and very clean rooms, convenient free parking, charging port for electric cars. The breakfast is good, and dining at the hotel was great when we arrived on a Sunday evening and everything around was closed.

Everything was perfect.

I loved everything about it. Honestly, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was spacious and clean, bed super comfy, breakfast was great, staff extremely friendly and I still cannot believe that garage parking space was included in the price. I also loved the option of online check in and the possibility of adapting things in the room to your liking via phone. I also had dinner at the hotel and it was fantastic. I could not recommend it more. I will definitely be staying here whenever I visit Miskolc.

No coffee on the drinks tray

Lovely hotel, reception and receptionists fantastic , luckily their English is better than my Hungarian ( sad to say - but I had a relative to translate to make check in quicker. Fantastic room, large , spotlessly clean, fabulous bathroom, with all necessary amenities and toiletries- Lovely range of food and drinks available both in the evening and at breakfast, bed and bedding very comfortable. They also extended check out FOC - we were attending a family funeral.

Absokuetly exceptionally good hotel. Check in was quick, staff perfect english. Room was excellent exceptional, and huge, restaurant onsite was perfect. Undercover parking was free, you cannot fault this hotel. I booked as it was a Premier hotels and I have stayed at several in Ukraine, and this was the best I have yet stayed in, and they have all been good.
