CanadaEverything was good. We only regret that we didn’t spend longer in Esztergom.
The facilities are modern, clean and well appointed. It was a perfect place to stay as we continued on our bike trip. We all enjoyed the large waterpark and saunas. The meals were quite good. We particularly appreciated that the resort provided both dinner and breakfast. Excellent value !

United KingdomThere are two points:: the first point is the room: there is a smell of painting in the room - the whole first floor is going through some refurbishment. Second point, the bathroom, when having a shower, the water leaks through from the shower to the rest of the bathroom.
Due to short stay, unfortunately I didn't have time to explore all facilities in the hotel. The services and staff in the hotel is very friendly, helpful and very professional. I would definitely visit the hotel in the future.

UkraineUnfortunately, there was a sewer smell coming from the air vent in the morning. It would also be good to pay attention to the air quality from the filters.. Suggestions for improvement: Reposition the shower hook to allow for hands-free showering.
We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days to relax at the spa. The spa complex is located separately from the hotel, which creates a risk of a high number of visitors, including families with children. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-soundproofed, with orthopedic mattresses that are a great advantage. However, in our double room, there were two separate beds pushed together, which slightly reduced the comfort. A nice bonus was the availability of large, comfortable pillows in sufficient quantity for a good night’s sleep. The windows of our room opened to a stunning view of the famous Basilica, which made our stay even more enjoyable The ventilation system in the room is a big plus. The hotel staff was friendly and fluent in English.

Slovakiahotel could provide water for free, at least one bottle per person / day, I missed this service especially in hot weather. Also in restaurant during dinner, there is no water for free and for all drinks you need to pay service fee! In wellness is missing pool with cold water

UkraineNo tea/coffee tray in room and any soap/wash sets in bathroom. Also it will be good to add heater-dryer for towels and swimming suits. There were no hooks for stuff and towels in wellness lounge zone with sunbeds
The room is not very big, but it is comfortable. It has a big soft bag, new furniture, and modern plumbing. The soundproofing of the room is excellent, with a big heavy door. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. We really liked the breakfast and dinner; they were tasty with a wide variety of options. I can completely recommend this hotel for family and romantic holidays!

HungarySofa bed for the children was small lumpy and uncomfortable. Loud music from the lobby at 21:00 on saturday which disturbed the kids even on the 2nd floor.
Beautiful and huge family room with wonderful view, large terrace. Great breakfast and dinner. Nice, but a bit small playroom. Kind and attentive staff. Great pools.

AustraliaI think the furniture in the lounge room was quite dated and does need to be replaced. The towels are very old and need to be replaced and would be nice. I note that there was no body lotion as well.
I thought the breakfast was reasonable. I think more vegetarian options would go along way. However, I do understand that they may not be too many vegetarian clients. Just a small point on the side. The French toast was terrible. Please don’t make it.

The “music “ was so loud that it was heard even in the room. The room service asked payment not only for the goods but for their “service “ also : the delivery to the room was charged.

Hungarythe room a bit small (only 25-30 cm on side of the bed near the window) and the special Halloween decoration (cobwebs in the bathroom). The services / price ratio : Nothing bad but overvalued.
