The basic bedroom poorly design Not enough room. bathroom add nice touches. No shower curtain so water went everywhere. In the spa there was no spinning machine where you could dry your swimwear that was the only thing missing. The hotel made everything else enjoyable for two nights.

Position of the hotel with car park , The gardens were beautiful with The pool and the spa. On the food choice was excellent. A big 10. A full English and continental. And you can sit whenever your fancy. . And the captain was singing on Friday night, made are visit very pleasant .

The bathroom was a bit too small and would be worth giving a face-lift. We stayed on the ground floor (room 17) and what disturbing was that we could clearly hear when the neighbours started to take a shower in the morning next door.

The hotel has an easy-to-reach location with a car park for a couple of cars. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and kind, the food for breakfast and dinner was good and plentiful. The room and the bathroom were clean. There were free bathrobes and the wellness/spa area is very nicely done.

The meals were not warm. Very much a health hazard. Food was not replenished during food service. Food selection was very average. Wait staff were not attentive. The toilet in our room did not flush properly, having to flush several times. There was no toilet paper in the room on arrival. Room was not serviced in the two and half days we were there. The pool was more like a hot tub/spa than a pool. No room service or telephone. Internet was slow.

Reception staff were lovely. The shower was good.

Run down building, no hot water in two of our rooms, bugs in the room, buffet was not nicely presented and we didn’t like the food at all.

Very small sings in the pool aeria,people were waking with their shoes and there were more then five people in the pool.

No idea how they are rated so high. Maybe there is a spa, but the hotel remebers better times and requires urgent redecoration. And even more urgent deep cleaning. Spiders' webs, broken walls, maze of corridors. And no air condition

It was very dated, window openers are broken, no air conditioning in the rooms, shades are broken (there is a curtain put up but they are not blackout curtains), so the rooms are not only very hot but you wake up at 5 for the bright sun. Our room was full of spiders so I assume it wasn't recently cleaned. Most of the games don't work as they are broken and out of use. The basement play area got water demage so it has a strong mould smell in the whole room.

The room was dirty, the floor in the swimming pool area was constantly wet and slippery, not all staff spoke any language other than hungarian, none of the massages that were advertised were available at the time when we stayed

The buffet could have had more options. The bathroom might have need a renovation.

Nice, clean hotel and room. Free parking available and no problem with a dog. The wellness area was nice. It's obvious that the hotel isn't the newest, but it was ok. The food was tasty.
