We had a wonderful stay, the property is in walking distance to everything, which made exploring super easy. After a long day of travelling, we really appreciated being able to check in early. Communication was great throughout, and the place was incredibly quiet, allowing us to sleep really well. A special mention to the lovely lady who cleaned the rooms, she was so sweet and welcoming when we first arrived.

Given that the reception is not always attended you may need internet and phone when you arrive if difficulties entering the property. We went to a nearby hotel for an internet connection, as we had just arrived after a 30 hour journey. After that everything worked fine.

Room was great. Large, clean and functional. Great location. Host went out of his way to facilitate some special requests that we made. We would definitely stay there again.

Elevator is noisy during the night - again nothing to do with the room itself as it is in an old building. Just the users.

Perfect location for sightseeing and great value for money. Room is well furnished and clean with a lot of complimentary things (e.g. Nespresso, breakfast supplies, etc) Check-in app is a bit wonky. But i guess it has nothing to do with the place itself - if you follow the guides the check-in is easy and stress free. We did enjoy our stay there and would for sure consider it if coming back to Budapest.

The name leads you to think this is something to do with the luxury W hotel chain. It is not, and in practice it is much closer to an AirBnB room in a general residential block. The entrance door and access to the apartment block is a bit depressing. The breakfast facilities were extremely basic, and not usable for me (no problem as I had breakfast in the excellent Muse coffee shop opposite every day). The bedding was not changed, and the room was not cleaned in the 4 nights/5 days I was there. Again, not a problem for me, but might be for others. I had room 5, and most of the other rooms seemed larger and nicer. Overall, not a place to take your wife/girlfriend for a romantic weekend, but excellent as a base for exploring.

Location was excellent, walking distance to most of the south-central highlights of the city and with excellent public transport everywhere else. The telephone support was excellent, and very helpful. Security was good with 3 secure doors for access to the apartment. A great place for a practical short stay in Budapest.

Nothing really.

Super nice and simple place with beautiful design and in the perfect location. It's not a hotel, but just few rooms with minimal services. In 4 days we never saw any staff members. Bathroom is good, has everything needed. There's a coffee machine. Location is great - walking distance from everything. there's a coffeeshop downstairs with great pastries and choices.

The apartment was a bit like Fort Knox to get into and exit. Too many codes (2) and keys (4) were required, and I felt that this could be hazardous in case of fire. The bathroom door could not be opened fully because of a large wall shelf on the inside of the bathroom. Other than these two items, we loved it.

Supremely comfortable mattress. Good central location, easy to travel anywhere in Budapest. Fridge and air conditioning. Elevator to 3rd floor. Fast response from the apartment manager. Free tea and coffee.

The first thing we noticed was the lack of somewhere to sit as only 1 chair and the lack of hanging/clothes storage so we used the chair and the floor for that. There was a coffee maker but only 4 pods and some fruit teas the tv didn’t work and we couldn’t open the safe. The shower although nice and hot was only handheld. We looked in the information pack in the room but it was empty.The next morning as I went out to get some breakfast a very nice lady who was cleaning one of the rooms showed me where the kitchen was and got the safe and tv working while we were out

The cleaning wasn’t done properly. The walls were with scratches and other marks. The ratio between the facilities provided and the amount paid was unbalanced, even though the accommodation was in a capital city.

On the bed and sheets there were quite a lot of hair. They were definitely washed, but it was still a bit uncomfortable.

The location is absolutely perfect. You are 5min walk from the main Fashion Street. The host was very responsive and kind.

The walls were very thin so could hear room next door up till 3am so sleep was difficult The drain in the shower smelt really bad so every time we had a shower it smelt of egg! Not enough storage room
