Location is good when you are have car. Breakfast is OK. Wellness starts at 10, good for kids. No swimming there.

SlovakiaSince we came from Slovakia to Balaton on bicycles, the hotel offers microwave. We asked for one plate so we Can heat our lunch we bought in the city. The stuff didnt speak english at first, then they understood what i was saying and refuse to give me one plate. I dont understand, do every guest bring their own plate to the hotel, which do not offer lunch? Thank you very much, for paying almost 300euros, the outside pool was dirty as well. We woke Up every day at 7am couse you heard every single word from The main hall and other rooms. The only positive thing was AC it the room.
The breakfast was good. You can choose what you want.

HungaryWell, the place has a very eclectic vibe and overall you can feel some aftertaste of the 90s. Other than that, even though we were mostly happy with our stay, there were a couple things we wish were different: - the cleaning staff left some used socks in our room, probably belonging to the previous tenants - there was no soap in the bathroom - one of the beds was broken in half - one of the towels was dirty (it had some pink and brown stains on it…) Also, we didn’t mind the old furniture in the room and around the pool outside (some of them are a bit durty or rusty even) but with a little effort these could be changed and the whole place would look much more modern.
I believe for the amount we paid, we’ve got everything and probably more than we wanted, despite some of the flaws of the place. The parking is free and safe, the staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were alright (although don’t expect luxury), the continental breakfast was absolutely varied and plentiful, and the wellness facilities were a nice addition (included in the price).

BelgiumYou could tell everything was really old. From the swimming area outside to the rooms, everything looked aged and could do with a makeover. Also a bit more hygiene would be great. The breakfast was horrible and we actually got sick from it including a few other guests. With small changes this could be amazing , but for now … i wont come back

HungaryThe room was dirty and obsolete. There was no hand washing liquid and we run out of the toilet paper by the second day. They only offer plastic cups for toothbrushing and/or enjoying your own beverages on the terrace. The wellness facilities advertised are also dirty (dirty water in the pools, missing tiles on the side and bottom of the pool, dirty floor in the steam cabin) and saunas are turned off. We asked the staff if the Finnish sauna can be turned on, and we've been advised that they're looking into it, but it was never turned on while we stayed there (Easter long weekend).
The hotel is in a great location and the garden facilities are also very good (tennis/valley ball, table tennis, outdoor pool/etc).

HungaryThe room was dirty with old furniture, televison, bad arrangement, like someone throw in random furniture. The toilet was stuck twice.
The pool and the wellness area was ok. Breakfast was alright too.
