The view of the mountain from the jacuzzi was awesome! the rooms were cozy and clean. The staff was very helpful and helped us with a little medical thing we needed, when there were no pharmacies open. thank you

It was advertised as being a spa and wellness hotel and this felt a bit overblown. The spa area felt a little sad. They could have done with more outdoor loungers.

The wellness facilities (sauna and infrakabin) operate only if you ask it at the reception, we figured this out a bit too late for a one-night stay. The breakfast could have larger vegetable selection. I personally didn't like the fact that kids are banned in the hotel.

Nice hotel at a peaceful location. The room and the bed were spacious, the sauna and infrakabin has nice views to the mountain. Very helpful and friendly stuff. There is a common room downstairs with ping-pong and boardgames.

The location is great, beautifully surrounded by the entrance of the forest. The meal were fine but the wines were good. There's a moderate selection of board games you can choose from. It absolutely worths a try.

The AC was extremely loud, roaring to life every hour of the night, taking an aggressive air sample making sure we were awake to witness it. The Wi-Fi seemed to be on vacation, constantly dropping us and loading pages at a speed that made carrier pigeons look like fiber optic.

The rooms were spacious, and clean, the staff was nice, the food was fine.

I loved the location, amazing view for the forest. The staff was nice and helpful. First night they have changed our room for a better view and bigger one how we requested. Thank You. My Mum was even happier on her birthday. Food was tasty and a lot. 2 options for soups, 3x options main and 2x options for desserts at dinner time. Drinks are not included, just water. We got a free drink/glass of champage on my Mum's birthday. Very nice suprise. Thank You. Breakfast cold and hot food. Juices and coffee, tea selections. Jacuzzi with the forest View was my favourite. Beds are comfortable.

It was a bit far from the centre on foot, but we went to walk and hike, so we didn't mind. The weather was quite cold at the end of winter.

The place was really beautiful, peaceful and calm. The staff were really nice and professional. The food was delicious. There were many hiking trails to explore the area.

The room was cold. The thermostat didn't work. The carpet was dirty. Loud clicking noises all through the night. Paper thin walls, so you can hear every time someone went to the bathroom, or walked around in their room.

They could improve in cleaning area, we found few spiders and spiderwebs. In our room there was really small space by wash-basin. Carpet was really worn out. And finally, in three o´clock in the morning our fire alarm went on and all the explanation we got was that it happens sometimes when small fly is stuck in alarm.

Personal was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and there was quite a lot of choice.

Mattresses need replacement , A/C wasn’t working even though escalates to the reception that never fixed it. Breakfast was mediocre so was the service. Jacuzzi had dirty water :(
