Not enough parking space, parking is very expensive, uncomfortable extra bed, not enough towels, robes are all xxxl for females too and very limited alcoholic drinks offer on all inclusive - dreher only on draft and wine, no spirits or cocktails like other hotels.

Great location, waterpark included, modern good size rooms with fridge, ac & tea/coffee making facilities. Large restaurant with plenty food choices, delicious meals, friendly staff.

everything in perfect order. It was very hot during our stay, the air conditioning in the room worked great, the food was great plus a big surprise, the outdoor grill, great staff. Great hotel for a long time. I highly recommend it.

I though that our room would be a double bed but got 2 individual beds, uncomfortable for sleeping with my husband even been side by side + additional bed for our kid (appreciated). Meals offered were repeated most of the time.

The parking place has an extra fee also there is a tourist tax that I found a bit strange. Our room was a bit too hot and I wanted to turn the AC on but it was not working .. but it is still May so I do understand them if they didn't turn it on

All together it was a very nice experience ! The staff is helpfull and they do speak every language from around here 😄The food is enough the drinks are enough, very cozy room and clean, our room was a bit hot tho, we are in May so maybe they did not turn on the AC but it was oke. We loved our stay !

However, what I have to rate very negatively is the ongoing reconstruction and the non-functioning outdoor swimming pools, when this information was not stated anywhere at the time of booking.

Room cleaning could have been more thorough. Charging extra for gym (don't know about sauna) is a bit off-putting if you're booking "all-inclusive".

Kid-friendliness, generous meals, drinks and mealtimes, spacious rooms, fun kids' pools, great playroom for small kids. It's really great in summer, but it's big enough for a few days' stay in winter, too.

- too soft beds and too high pillows (uncomfortably for us) - too warm room (we had the air conditioning off and we were ventilating through the window) - there was no towel under the feet in the bathroom - warm wine (as part of all inclusive) - sometimes a completely meaningless translation into Czech in the dining room (food names)

- connection to the spa (you can go directly to the spa in your bathrobe from your room) - unlimited entry to the spa - kettle in the room - excellent food (all inclusive) - well marked allergens in all inclusive, great selection of food for allergy sufferers, vegetarians, vegans, etc. - drinks available from 7 a.m. to 9,30 p.m. - friendly and helpful staff - nice surroundings

The choice of hot dishes for vegetarians was limited compared with meat eaters.

Most staff were exceptionally nice. All requests were dealt with promptly. The spa is wonderful. Food was very tasty and so much of it! The room had a spacious balcony. There was somewhere to dry wet stuff.

The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly, polite and efficient and the cleaning ladies helped me when my boy of two years was sick, so you really feel welcome and treated like a guest. Receptionists speak bout German and English and some of the staff at the restaurant also. The food was great the whole day from breakfast till dinner, the quality is high and variety of choice is huge. Just in the near of the hotel you can find the free parking zone, and the staff allowed us to park in front of the doors to take out our luggage. Family spa is little paradise for children and the saunas are just 7 € per day, which is honestly pretty cheap. Location is perfect bout from Vienna and Zagreb, one and half and 2 and half hours and I think they should really invest in marketing for Croatian guests also ! I can only recommend the hotel!

Friendly waiter. The water bath center is especially convenient. Nice view very quiet town. Very busy hall. Nice place to spend the weekend.
