There's no gym in the hotel, the one in the area of Zalakaros bath is very simple, to put it mildly, no airco etc. It's a family hotel, so noise is to be expected, however, our room opened to the bath, where during concerts and outside entertainment, it was impossible to rest even with the windows closed. On the good side, at least this was restricted to daytime, nights were quiet.

Spacious rooms, excellent variety of food, very kind staff, dog friendly. Special kids buffet and allergens are indicated. Plenty of choice even if you have food allergies.A real family hotel, kids especially love the water park directly accessible from the hotel.

Keeping didn’t clean the room at high standards and did not change. The cleaning staff at the dining room wasn’t to understanding that kids are not easy.

When we requested additional soap and shampoo for the shower, since they hadn’t been replenished in the morning, they still weren’t brought even after 20 minutes. When I went to the reception myself to ask again, one of the staff responded rudely and without patience, and only afterwards another staff member gave me a small amount of soap. We would like to point out that there were two receptionists who showed a lack of patience towards us, although we always addressed them politely and respectfully. The rest of the staff were delightful.

We loved the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, the access to the water park and spa, and the surrounding nature. The dining room staff were wonderful,attentive, helpful, kind, and very friendly.

One thing that could be improved is the children’s area. While it's nice that it’s open to kids from 1 to 16 years, it would be helpful to separate spaces by age group. Flashy gaming consoles aren’t ideal for toddlers, and a calmer, age-appropriate play area for younger children would make a big difference.

Had a fantastic experience at the Radisson in Zalakaros. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Food was excellent—great variety and high quality at every meal. What stood out most was the seamless access to the thermal spa and wellness facilities, which made the stay super relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout.

Most of the staff doesn't speak english (besides reception), so that can be a problem. The kids pool gave my child a bad rash - probably because of the chemicals they have to use to keep it clean.

The all inclusive was great, food was tasty and there were many options to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The food was only avarage, definitely mit international 4* standard, the drinks were overpriced and it the fact that a space in the garage requires pre-booking was only told at the hotel.

The room was the family room. Aircon was releasing smelly air, so we turned it off. For this much money one would expect proper bed, but we only got 1 bed and a very uncomfortable sofabed…it was also potentially dangerous as it had a large iron frame, the kids hurt themselves getting off and on constantly. One of the pillow was smelly, had to put it out to the terrace and air it. There could be a cupboard in the bedroom as apart from the bed and tv it was empty. We stored the clothes in an open suitcase on the floor. Few hidden charges like the sauna world entry isnt included, parking is extra charge within the hotel’s parking lot. The hotel was overcrowded, at dinner we felt that we are going to battle every time. For the amount of money we payed we expected comfortable beds, aircon which works etc. Also, no gym available within the hotel.

The food is brilliant, good variety and very tasty. There are healthy options for everyone. The people working there were helpful and nice.

We stayed at floor 1 facing the parking area this time There was smoking area right underneath us so we couldn’t open the balcony much as the smoke was straight in our room. Toilet hard to splash :-)

Second time in this hotel for a 5 day vacation and we again had a great time. Perfect location right next to the Zalakaros thermal and aquatic centre (hotel connected to the spa with a tunnel). Comfortable rooms and the most delicious food.

While there is plenty of food available several times a day, I have my doubts about the quality of the food. Not that it was bad or anything, it's likely that they are using cheap ingredients. It's a little bit noisy since there are a lot of families and people who enjoy all-inclusive stays.

While the thermal spa has potential, it's in dire need of renovation. Unfortunately, several staircases were closed during our visit for maintenance, limiting access to upper levels and causing overcrowding, especially on the hanging net passage, where safety concerns were evident. Floors are excessively slippery, necessitating the use of slippers at all times. Additionally, the early closure of the thermal center at 7 PM, especially during the week, felt rushed, also because of the lack of evening entertainment - no mini disco or something that you would expect for a hotel like this. While the spa has potential, significant improvements are needed to enhance the guest experience.

The suite was really nice, but we found the lack of storage space in the bedroom- the room only had a bed and nothing else, which made it challenging for a family of four. With two children sleeping on the couch in the 'living room,' there wasn't enough space for everyone's clothes. On a positive note, the food was amazing, although the children were disappointed that pancakes weren't available for breakfast. :)
