How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The shower needs more cleaning because there is mold and there are cobwebs in the room in places.
Very nice hotel very nice staff in the hotel and in the restaurant as well the beds are very clean and comfortable to sleep .In the restaurant the food is delicious 😊

Not working payment pos at the restaurant, I wanted to pay with HUF on card but finally I paid with euro cash. Too bad!
Very good breakfast and dinner. Awesome garlic soup cream. Draft local beer very good. Silence room as requested, not to the road. Shopping traditional goulash and paprika stuff.

Great transit option, great room, very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great and staff was very polite and open. Great value for money. Very close to Bratislava, we took a small walk trough the city.

I always like stopping at this hotel on my way through Europe. It's conveniently situated right off the highway, with a large parking area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with AC and mosquito nets on the windows. The price is affordable, and the restaurant offers delicious Hungarian food until 22:30, perfect for late arrivals. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast is varied enough, and the restaurant also has a decent-sized outside terrace to enjoy eating outside. It's a decent and honest three-star hotel, with a touch of good hospitality. :-)

The location is not a beautiful place, but it’s situated just near the highway whivh is ideal.
The hotel is located just across the Austrian/Hungarian border. The rooms are good with a good airconditioning. There is enough parkspace as the hotel is located together with other hotels/bars. The hotel has a good and cheap restaurant with even some very nice vegetarian dishes.

It has no fridge in the room. The breakfast is medium..but you can find something to eat
For the good price you get a clean big room with modern furniture and comfy beds . Has ac, tv, clean bathroom with shower, towels, drier and shower gel.

There are black mold stains in the shower cabine at the joints. It's been like this for several years!

Always my first choice for an overnight transit stop when driving west. Excellent location, good breakfast, friendly staff, 24-hour reception, outstanding restaurant, and free monitored parking.

One of the rooms smelled bad. The breakfast was very poor: few choices, no eggs, no cheese, the bread was old. This came as a surprise because we stop at this restaurant every time we are in the area and the food is always great.
The rooms were clean and big.

Even if reception is opened 24/7, check in must be done till 10.00 pm max., even for a non-refundable reservation. Not the best breakfast. Not the best employees atitude.

Breakfast doesn't live up to the restaurant. If you have dinner the night before and you are very satisfied, the breakfast will surprise you because the expectations are as high as the dinner. I think it would be better to pay separately and make it better.
The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, the warmth adequate.

Didn't like that I only stayed one night and didn't have time and avbigger belly to try more dishes in the restaurant 😂😂
Very nice staff. The rooms are clean, and the location is excellent for overnight stay on the road to/from Austria (cheaper too). The food is excellent, the breakfast had lots of options for my diet. Plenty of free parking.
