Well......the only thing was the Television, no english channels.

It is a very nice hotel. Clean, spacious room, good bed and bathroom. Great , complete breakfast with good coffee (!). The balcony was a bonus. So was the welcoming, charming staff who speaks excellent English. We enjoyed our stay in hotel Ottofiori and in Budapest. If you need a secure carpark, very close ( 150m) is an official carpark ( called Mercure hotel, but is free for everybody ). You can park the car for €23 p.day.

Everything is good, but I would suggest upgrading the lobby. It is very important to have a good first impression when you arrive, and the lobby doesn't give good vibes from the start; it needs some more work done there.

Location is amazing. The room is comfy, clean, and stylish. Staff are helpful. The mattress was comfortable, I slept very well.

I can’t say that there’s anything I didn’t like. I was very satisfied with the value of this hotel

I booked this hotel as it was close to the hostel I stayed in—-it’s in a little quiet alley way that was close to everything. The staff was sooooo nice and helpful, knowing that I was traveling alone and working whilst traveling. They gave me a top room, great light, had all of the amenities that I needed, great WiFi, desk, etc, etc. The bed was like Heaven! This hotel is relatively new and they certainly paid attention to ALL of the details. Even the artistic styling was phenomenal. They offered the MOST fancy brunch that I’ve had in Europe, including anything of your wildest dreams for about 10 Euro, worth it starting a long day and possibly skipping lunch. The food quality was so good, I did opt to just skip lunch—and they served it until 11am! Wow!

The location is great. The hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and Kato who is in charge of the food and dining was a very hard worker and very pleasant. All staff was great.

I reached early and the manager happily offered me an early check in. The breakfast was a happy spread of choices and the coffee was fantastic! The staff are so welcoming and warm! Felt right at home and loved my stay!

Narrow lobby, tiny breakfast room with no natural light, overall not so pleasant and attractive public area. One day in the morning there was a strong smell of cleaning substances there. The renovation is still under way in some spots. Lobby staff is friendly but slow, and seems to be constantly busy solving somewhat problems. Corridors have ugly design in my view. Breakfast is ok but not like something special and delicious.

Perfect location in the quiet street, close to all city attractions and just around the corner bus stop to the airport, very convenient. Interesting design of the room, a lot of space and air, high ceilings, big windows, comfy bed, atmosphere of a renovated apartment in the historic building, as it is. Overall good value for money.

It's just opened, so some things are still being fixed now and again, but it's a good place to stay.

New hotel in a good location near the market hall and the Gellert baths. The breakfast is great, there are coffee and tea facilities throughout the day, the rooms are decently sized.

bath tube was in the middle of the room, no window or ventilation in the toilet, the tub on the other side of the bath so one have to make a long way to wash hands after using toilet. water jet in the shower was quite week.

All was fine, new hotel, quiet street, close to airport shuttle and public transport, spacious room though not well organized, nice breakfast, I was leaving early so they prepared sandwiches.

I booked one Deluxe Queen Room, but judging by the size of the room, I’m pretty sure I got the normal room.
