For families with small children, the two-floor apartments are not very safe. The stairs are steep, and the upper gallery is not fully enclosed. The overall space in the apartments feels quite small. The kitchenette was too limited to be practical…we couldn’t really cook and ended up eating out instead. In the bathroom, an extra shelf for toiletries would have been very useful.

The location is excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The apartments were clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Whenever we needed something, it was taken care of quickly. Overall, we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Very good location close to most attractions. Good facilities (sauna, kitchenette, pleasant view through the window) with nice interior design. Helpful staff. Good quality toiletries. Nice touch - mini champagne bottle although just enough for one person.

the shower was a bit small and always needed ventilation. We did not sit in the outdoor breakfast zone, because the smoking spot is right there. I think they should cancel that smoking spot.

We came to the hotel after a few days of camping and with a sick child. The crew was super helpful and kind during the reception and check-in as well as after. The hotel-apartment we had was perfect for our needs, with the fridge and stove, clean and with enough space for a toddler. I was expecting a very basic breakfast, but eventually it was great (not 5 stars but more than basic). The location is perfect. I think the highlight of the place though, is the great crew!

It was a wonderful place in the center of Budapest. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very helpful and extremely polite. Everything was very clean, and the staff made sure to keep it that way every day. The location was perfect — close to many local landmarks and attractions, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Smoking is allowed in the courtyard, so eating breakfast outside wasn't possible for us, as non-smokers.

The hotel was in a good location, within walking distance to several places like St Stephen's Basilica, the hop-on hop-off bus, the Chain Bridge, and lots of restaurants. The staff were very pleasant and efficient, and the room was spacious. The bathroom was clean and modern, and there is a lift to the upper floors. It was also good to have breakfast included, and the complimentary sangria was a welcome touch.

Nothing that we didn't like. We had a minor issue with a dripping AC, but we mentioned it at the front desk and they fixed it during the day. So as mentioned above, very nice and reactive staff.

We really liked the location of the hotel. It is in a walking area, surrounded by nice bars and restaurants, plus it's walking distance from various tourist sights and attractions which are a must see if visiting Budapest. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was amazing as well, super helpful and available 24/7. There are some very nice touches, like complementary, home-made ice-team or lemonade during the day, and sangria during the evening. The breakfast was also very nice, with loads of options and nice Nescafe coffee.

These are not major comments, but the breakfast was a little less generous than in previous years (e.g., no cooked to order eggs) and the sheets were not replaced every day (probably it can be if you ask for it)

The location is great, close to everything in the center and close by to all public transportation types. The rooms were clean. It has also rooms that fit a family with 2 kids. Very nice breakfast.
