No AC. The bathroom is shabby and was not really clean. Just 2 small shampoo packets, no washing soap in the shower. Fridge in the room not really working. Breakfast was quite poor.

Relatively close to M0 (10-12 km). The accommodation has 2 outside pools (plus 1 children pool) and an interior pool. All pools good size. Tennis courts, squash, jacuzzi and a restaurant. Large room with balcony.

Exhausted and half out of my mind with stress and fatigue, your receptoinist handled me very well. I had not realix=zed this was a spa Hotel. I wish to return with friends fora fwe days in warmer weather.

The rest of the staff needs some training . The room was dirty and smelly . The bathroom was dirty and smelled like a public toilet. As it is not a luxury hotel I didn’t expect fancy, nice things in there but cleaning the rooms well is not about the stars or the price. Rooms should be clean anyway. The shower was dirty and mouldy a lot , also rusty . When we tried to open the window for some fresh air we started to feel the smells from the kitchen , so we couldn’t even have fresh air from outside.

The receptionist was kind and very helpful. The food was good. The spa was basic but fine for the price.

Hygiene should be better, light and ventilation in bathroom works only with motion sensor and you can't switch it of for 3-5 minutes.

Own parking even close to the street and without surveillance, good WiFi polite staff, peaceful place.

Breakfast is rather poor in variety , but enough for a business tripper. TV programmes are sometimes decline to work.

The room I have booked (no 5) was huge. Comfortable beds. Really nice wellness area ! Lots of possibilities to have exercise (tennis, fitness area).

I expected higher quality sausages during breakfast but the breakfast was ok. Also only one of two receptionists was capable of speaking English so it delayed me a bit.

The barhroom: you had to squeeze in between the sink and the shower to sit on the toilet., no shampoo, no shower gel. Also, one of the windows had no shutter so it was a good chance that someone casually walking in the yard to admire you coming out naked from the bathroom.

They accepted me with my large dog, a Great Dane. The surroundings are suited for dog walks. I was there in winter time, it was just a quick stop, I didn't take advantage of everything the establishment offers so maybe in summertime it's better (with all the spa and swimming pool facilities)

The hotel is far from the city center and far from the airport Breakfast is so bad Communicating with the hotel before reaching them is very difficult and closer to the impossible. I think the hotel is not suitable for those coming from outside Budapest.

The hotel was very clean, the facilities are integrated, there are swimming pools, quiet, there is a restaurant.

The lady in the Restaurant wasn't really friendly every morning. Last morning I had a little problem and coffee was on the table. For her, it was a big problem and the sound of her was terrible.
