Pool area got quite crowded on a hot Friday afternoon. I also think it's not good practice that hotel guests can't participate in the sauna rituals (and can't use the sauna at all!) on Friday/Saturday/Sunday. The nearby parking lot tends to attract loud bikers and the like on a Friday or Saturday night - but there is not much the hotel can do about that.

Not huge, but very good quality and healthy breakfast. Rooms are modern, surroundings very well maintained; beautiful garden. Pool is of good size and water temperature is pleasant. Location is close to nature, but you can be in the city in 15-20 minutes. Very quiet.

It was a bit unusual to check the status of the minibar before check-out, I've never seen such a thing at other places.

Vegetarian-only, but excellent restaurant, stylish SPA. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The whole garden is super tidy and beautifully composed.

A bit pricey, but worth it. The breakfast could use some improvements.

The location is exceptionally welt kept and high maintenence is at its place. Spotless clean especially the white bathrooms. The jacuzzi and sauna are fantastic. Would enjoy coming here for a full relaxing week. Extra points for the entrance and parking lot with access only through automatic secure doors.

Only one little thing. The last day after checking out we asked if we could pay to have lunch at their restaurant and spend a few hours near the pool because our flight was in the evening. We were asked to pay another €100 for that. While I understand that if we wanted to use the facilities we should pay something, after paying over €440 for a 2 night stay it would have been nice to be offered a discount, but it was refused and we had to pay the full day rate which non-residents are charged.

Hotel is immersed in a peaceful green sitting in the Normafa hill area above the city centre,which is easily reached by public transport in 30mins. Huge jacuzzi, pool, sauna, Room big, super clean, well thought out and with a nice balcony overlooking the jacuzzi area. Hotel grounds well maintained and full of flowers. Staff very nice and helpful. Nice and varied breakfast but note that it's all vegan.

Ultimately we booked via Booking.com and just later we figured that the lunch is not included on the arrival date and on the check-out date. This should be communicated. (It was confusing because the lunch is from 13:00-15:00 and check-in is from 14:00) Otherwise all was perfect.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Highly recommended. Pool is huge, beautiful facilities, rooms and the classes are great. We will return.

The bathroom in the room was considerably small (hard to move around as the door is in the way small) and the "queen" bed was made up of two parts which very easily moved apart making the gap large and the bed fairly uncomfortable when this happened. Expected better than that for the price and the quality of the rest of the facilities.

I like the atmosphere and the calming, all inclusive nature of the location. It was very relaxing and a stress relieving experience. Flat screen smart TV also a great source of entertainment to wind down at the end of the day.

The staff did not provide acurate info on check out time and a few other questions so I was confused. The cover in the room was more for winter, and I do not like AC si it was soooo hot to sleap

Slightly annoying musak background chanting, but we got used to blocking it out of our brains after a while.

And now for something completely different! Very relaxing location in lovely surroundings. Beautifully fitted out hotel, which is now a vegetarian, alcohol free Yoga retreat (not what we originally booked, but we went with the flow). Really lovely grounds and gardens too.

The dinner was finising 21, was no bar or other program for the evening. Because the restaurant was closed in the evening was no possibility to play with the pool table after, or just have a drink.

Hotel was well designed, rooms were spotless, the spa were clean and well equipped. For breakfast they have very nice and tasty selection.
