Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumI did not get any beforehand indications from the host on how to acquire the keys. Also, this is not an apartment, it is just a room that includes a kitchenette on one side and a small bathroom. The title, then, is misleading, it should be called instead 'Nice home ROOM'. It is advertised as 31 mp, but in reality is at best 20 mp. Furthermore, we booked it for 4 persons (two couples) and we found ourselves in the same room, with no privacy. I can only recommend it for one couple, families with kids, or group of friends.

BelgiumThe accommodation is not an apartment but a room with a kitchenette, it does not look like in the pictures on booking.com, there was a bad smell in the room, and mold in the bathroom. Also, the bed was not very comfortable.
The room was pretty clean, close to the motorway, and in a safe area. The key was in a keylock and the parking place was just in front of the building. Good communication with the host, including clear instructions for checking-in via the government app.
