The spacious clean rooms. The two-bedroom has two bathrooms and two toilets. When we needed to change rooms they were very responsive. I will use the hotel again and again.

The breakfast remained the same throughout, and it was unexciting. Additionally, the staff were not very friendly.

The rooms are spacious, and having two bedrooms with two toilets for my four daughters was marvellous.

We love everything about the hotel. Very attentive to details, very spacious and staff were very friendly. We had a surprise mini cake for our wedding anniversary on the first day. The hotel made our stay so special. Coming with a year old toddler, they also provide a mini keycard, a soft toy for us too which really impressed us a lot. We jungly recommended the hotel. The location is accessible to everything, shopping mall, Metro, restaurants or supermarket .

Hair on the floor in the bathroom upon check-in, small things not well maintained (cosmetic mirror falling apart) or installation work sometimes not of very high quality or aesthetic (tv cabling, bathroom fixtures), no selection of rooms through online self check-in although it is a selling point.

First night was fine, but the second night there were people (other guests) on our floor making so much noise, between 12 and 2am. Don't know what they were doing but it was horrible. Not the hotel's fault, there are inconsiderate people all over the world, this was my bad luck

Greeted by such friendly and helpful staff, it was a wonderful welcome to the city. Hotel was stylish and classy, clean and comfortable, excellent location with public transport links.

I was surprised of the people around the hotel (too many junks) The parking was a little bit chaotic (we missed some marking inside)

We realy enjoyed our stay, the hotel and the room was clean, ehought spacy for two people, we had everything we needed. I appriciated very comfortable bed a pillows also. The staff was very friendly with good english.

The hotel was very comfortable and in a perfect location to get around. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities. It was clean. I would definitely recommend it.

My room 589 was like a superior room, not a junior suite as expected and not the same size and lay out as 471, which we paid the same amount of money. We had 3 rooms, 2 were great. My room was so small especially the bath room.

Good location, great breakfast at the New York cafe. The staff was helpful but should tell us that if we did not reserve breakfast on the time of check in the prizes were more expensive. We had to pay 30 Euro on the second day instead of 25 Euro.

There was a construction in front of the hotel. Whenever we opened the window or our curtain, we directly came face to face with employees. Thats why the curtains of our room were closed during our stay.

Hotel is in a good location where you can easily access to everywhere by using red metro line. It is also possible to go fashion street by walking. Personel is very polite and try to help you for your requests. Thanks to Mrs Emese for her help and professional hospitality.

The Smart televisions were useless to us. They appeared to have been freshly installed and perhaps not programmed or set up properly. We could not access any channels, were unable to stream anything from our (north american) phones, what little instructions there were, were only in Hungarian, and there was no way to access local television, which I would have appreciated if only for the background noise it would have provided.

Spacious condos, instead of just hotel rooms. Ours had a full kitchen including clothes washer microwave and oven.

Bathroom could do with a bit of an update, just in terms of the sealing around the shower and bath etc. but that’s it, everything else was perfect

Incredible location, close to transport links and walkable to the sights. Staff were so helpful and friendly, felt really looked after. The facilities were excellent, especially the room we stayed in. Everything we needed was readily available and the QR code system to request more things was excellent
