How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Everything was perfect. Apartment has everythig you need and it's super clean. Garden with children playground is perfect for families with small children.

Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic time in this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, situated in a fantastic neighborhood and very close to the Moraholom spa. The host was very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Moraholom.

I really have nothing bad to say. On the contrary - everything was better than expected! Our kid even broke one of the drinking glasses and we wanted to pay for the damages, but the hosts insisted it was not necessary. They also gifted us with homemade local honey for goodbye.
The whole experience was awesome. The hosts are very kind and friendly, the accommodation was pristine. They have a beautiful courtyard with an open-air gym and a kids' playground and a lot of vegetation. It's a wonderful, peaceful environment outside, as well as indoors. The apartment is fully equipped (kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, all sorts of utensils and dishes, laundry machine, high-chair children feeder etc.). Great lighting, cozy furniture, impeccable heating... We absolutely loved it!

This is our second time here. Estate is well taken care of, with lot of green area and some cute friendly cats. Just a 1-2min walk from spa. There is parking inside estate with an electric gate. Apartment is spacious, super clean, everything in perfect order. Kitchen has all the appliances you need for a few days stay. Bedroom is separated from kitchen and living room. Bed is big and comfy. Bathroom very clean and modern. Mr.Ilonka is so hospitable and you can tell that she cares about every little detail. She gave us cute gift as a thank you note on our departure. So thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Nothing, all was great.
The apartmant is fantastic, spacious and clean, very comfortable, very close to the spa and we got extra discount on spa tickets via our stay in Nemeth apartments. Mr.Ilonka is so very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will come here next time at our visit to Morahalom.Best recomendations!

All travelers are very picky, but we really can't find bad side of this apartmant.
The apartment is spacious, with separate rooms and kitchen. Very clean, safe, quiet for sleeping and 2 minutes' walk from the spa. The hosts were kind and helpful, even though we were a few hours late due to the situation at the border. We had everything we needed and more. One of the best apartments we've been to.

Everything was perfect. Hospitality was on point, the rooms are quite large, heating works perfect, bathrooms are very good, the apartments are VERY clean, the location is perfect, etc. Overall 10/10 stay, we're definitely coming back :)

Everything was absolutely perfect.
This apartment complex is splendid! Everything is new, modern and spotless and the apartment even has facilities beyond those necessary and sufficient for everyday life. The hosts were very polite and welcoming, Ilonka speaks both English and Serbian and she is warm and kind. Showers are amazing, as well as beds and pillows! We felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. The complex is a two-minute walk away from the main entrance to the spa and the supermarkets are close so you don't need a car at all. The complex is secure and has CCTV.
