Centrally located hotel, beautiful building , clean and great value for money. We really liked the male receptionist on duty he was super helpful at all times and allowed us to have an extra hour in the room (late checkout) because we came back from Sziget festival at 7am 😀.

It didn't have any courtyard or garden onsite, but there is a park across the street. Also, you need to have an consultation appt offsite to get a massage at the hotel, which is not very practical.

The staff were super accommodating. The hotel room floor was the cleanest one I've seen in a hotel. And all my requests for changes about the room were met - thankyou!

We are experiencwd travellers and all what we can say is that everything was perfect.

Everything was picture perfect, verynice helpful staff, welcome Drink, elevator, very elegant stylish abd clean suite with comfortable double bed, air conditioning, breathtaking view of HeroesSquare and the Museum of Fine Arts as well as rhe Buda mountin and the Castle from our rooftop terrace, especially at nigt with a large jacuzzi illuminated, a sauna box, a memorable amazing experience with comfortable terrace furniture, blankets. We had our dinner there. On the ground floor there is a nice restaurant, their pizzai is very delicious. On the groznd floor there is a Dr chen medical centre with various Chines treatment and remedies available in their shop there. Széchenyi bath is a five- minute walk, the House of Music, the Zoo are must see in the safe Varosliget Park with little restaurants around , highly recommended. recommended. You can see many othere thingas there within walking distance.

Enjoyed my stay! Location is great and quite the unique character. It offers all kinds of health treatments I didnt use but it was interesting to find out about it. View on Heroes Square from my room for this rate was a pleasant suprise. Room nothing special but fine. Taxis and Uber are always nearby and affordable.

Really enjoyed my stay at The Mirage Hotel, all staff were very helpful and polite. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was plentiful. Location was just perfect 3-4 mins from an excellent Metro system. City park is straight across the road with plenty to see and do. Added bonus was having the Chinese Medic Center on site.

Although we liked the hotel very much, when we checked in we were told that all the rooms were the same, even though they weren't on the same floor. However, the bathroom in the room on the third floor had a ceiling cut-out in place of the shower, and to bathe standing up, you had to lean over. And one of the rooms on the second floor didn't have a bath, although the other two did. None of this detracted from our stay, but we couldn't say that the rooms were the same.

The hotel is in an incredible location, close to one of Budapest's most famous tourist attractions. What's more, it's extremely easy to reach by metro or bus. For us, as a group of six, both location and access to public transport were very important. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the service was also very good. The breakfast was very varied.

Sound isolation is poor. If you have sensitive sleep, it might be a small problem.

Good location, 10 min walk to Szechenyi, 5 min walk to beautiful park and museums, metro station is nearby. Good value for money, comfortable mattress, good cleaning, good breakfast, helpful staff.

The facility is a little bit old and not well designed in the bath. It’s really bad that there’s no extra cover for the shower, which is integrated with the bathtub together, and the water splashed everywhere. The floor of the bath is absolutely drenched, that I have to put my shower tower on top to soak extra water and ensure a safe landing. There’s no holder on the bathtub and no anti slip carpet. The bathtub is beneath the roof slop and thus the shower is too low. Not suitable for a proper shower for people over 160cm. Not to mention people over 180cm. It’s quite uncomfortable. The toilet seat is also half broken. The location of the toilet is pretty bad as well, as it is behind the bath door and you need to go in the door, either close the door, or squeeze yourself through it to use the toilet.

In general the staffs are very friendly and helpful! The cleaning staff is great and efficient, just at the time we were having breakfast downstairs, they noticed the tidy my room card and already get everything nicely cleaned up. The bed is wide and comfortable to stay on. The central air conditioning is great too, which we get good control of the wind and temperature. There’s water boiler, which is essentially for freezing cold winter. Breakfast is decent. Very great location, only half a minute walk away from Metro or bus stations.
