Personally, I had thought they would clean the room and had even put the sign outside for it to be cleaned but nothing happened. Otherwise I had no complaints.

The room was decent and had all appropriate amenities.

Overall, good value for the 4-star room.

The main problem in this hotel is the smoking and the lack of airconditioning. We stayed in two different 4 star rooms and the A/C was very week in both rooms. The temperature never went below 24 celsius. The temperature might be centrally controlled. Unfortunately, the windows had to be closed most of the time, including at night, because there was constant smoking in the hallways and in front of the hotel. There are ashtrays placed on the tables by the pool and in the hallways, something I would not expect for a wellness hotel. Unfortunately, smoking is an issue in most hotels in Europe. Also, the pool is not that clean and there are no pool towels, which should be a basic service for a 4-star room.

My family spent two weeks in the hotel, in two separate stays. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to my parents' home in Pecs. Initially, I booked a 3-star twin room, but a double room was prepared. Since there was no clean twin room available upon check-in (and no cleaning service on the weekend?), the receptionist kindly offered a room upgrade to a 4-star room. Thank you! The 3 star room was tiny and it didn't have card key access. We were given one physical key to share. On the other hand, the 4 star rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, have card key access, and our second room even came with a very large private balcony overlooking the city. The breakfast was tasty with hot and cold options. There is complimentary parking in front of the hotel.

We got the room with wiew on the wall. Actually its window is in passage, so there is no much light and through the window you see only the opposite wall of the passage.

Staff is polite, it is clean and the breakfast was good. It is not far from the city centre, so we walked every day. And great plus is easy access with car and free parking in front of hotel.

The hot tub was out of order at the spa. The mini bar fridge wasn't working. The shower head was faulty and was leaking everywhere.

Very spacious room, bathroom and balcony. Comfy bed. Quiet room, windows fitted with full black-out roller blinds.

The "minibar" had no refrigerator! Just some bottles in the (used to be) fridge compartment. The room was very dark due to the overhanging ceiling of the walk outside. WLAN very shaky in my corner of the building.

A little bit out of town, therfore bery quite. Room ("Standard Double" on booking = "Sports Room" in the hotel language), was ok. AC effective. Staff helpful. Decent Breakfast.

I could write a long list here….poor breakfast, very few staff (one morning I was the one who fixed the coffee maschine), dirtyrooms, rotten food leftovers in the refrigerator, the clay tennis courts are in very bad shape, etc, etc…..) The main issue was that the swimming pool does not comply with security reasons. One of the kid cut his leg on the edge of the pool and had to be taken to hospital to have the wound stitched up.

I thought booking.com had a standard their properties had to meet and this certainly doesn’t. We booked this accommodation as it said they had a lift, and catered for the needs of accessibility, restaurant that was open from 1700 to 2200. On arrival we were given our key in a hotel sleeve that also gave the hours of restaurant, we had to climb approximately 8 stairs very difficult with a broken ankle. The furniture in the room was threadbare and torn in places, the shower head attachment was broken the toilet cysteine wasn’t working properly, the soap dispenser was broken and the handbasin tap was dirty. When we inquired were the restaurant was we were advised that it was closed. In the morning we asked where breakfast was & told up a flight of approx 20 stairs they had a wheelchair lift but neither of the staff were interested in helping to get it going (they were more interested in their coffee, talking and getting ice water for the dog) My husband went up the stairs & bought me down some eggs which I ate sitting on a block wall. The only staff member who was concerned was the young breakfast lady who tried to help & apologised. When taking back the key we relayed our disappointment to the staff member who said sorry and after we complained she offered us a discount. However I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Not much the swimming pool was refreshing

Dirty, old looking, kithen without curtain, wardrobe without doors, really bad energy saver lights etc..

Certainly not much to like about this hotel. When we arrived we were shocked after seeing the room we've been put in. There was no curtains at the kitchen site window the bathroom/toilet/sink tap was left dirty(I took pics for the record) and the whole room felt like a dirty old motel or student hostel. My daughter started to cry and said "I want to leave right now, I'm afraid to sleep in this room". Secretly - I felt the same..
