A real gem of a place, yes it's 3 star but exceptional value for money, 5 minutes from the lake too, couldn't fault it !

Unfortunately, I was disappointed by a few aspects of my stay. The restaurant staff had poor English skills and communication was difficult; we received the wrong order and didn’t feel well looked after. Additionally, the rooms are very poorly soundproofed — I could clearly hear conversations from the next room starting as early as 5 a.m., which made it hard to rest.

It was clean, good price, fair for the money, not so many things to do.

However, apart from the receptionist, no one speaks English or German, very hard to communicate. Rude waiters and small dinner portions, I wouldn't recommend half board - since we were always left hungry. When we checked into our room, we found a poop stain in the toilet and on the toilet bowl, which was quite unpleasant.

The location is great, right in the center and just a 3-minute walk to Lake Heviz. The apartment is nice, and the price-to-performance ratio is good. Breakfast was decent.

I lived how in what a great place it is. Basically at one of the entrances of the lake! The breakfast was great and plentiful. Very tasty assortment of items! The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. It even has a balcony.

Returning to the hotel in the evening to find the bar closed at 8:00 pm. A resourceful staff member retrieved the situation using his own initiative.

Booking, even you got so many bad commentaries and now you are asking me to describe how bad is mine opinion???? Booking, You are organizer and “money getter”, you should ban this type of acomodations! It is really shame for you to have hotels like this! Rude almost all staff without culture or any empaty. Parking only for hungarian guests, for me is not any place for parking. I must pay parking on sand 300m near byhotel for money. Food is very poor in evening, without taste on so small plates like for kindergarden child, but in 60’s, because paintings on it. In morning at 9.30 there are 3 plates empty , staff wint add any food and they are turning off machine for warming this plates. They are very obviosly infront all of us waiting to get out from their dinning room. Apartment is enough space, with prestige(fridge and coocking machine also). Joke. That is good for people. But everything in is old. Cleanless is poor with spiders nets in corners of bathroom and hair in bath!! We come one day 5minutes after meal vlosed nad get very “empatic” answer no food for our family, even we travel 350km this day. No problem, because we were even happy that not look staff faces that day. This hotel won’s see me ever. And please booking ban this hotel or make a big changes in all i described. When i look for other hotela in Budapest they are a little expensiver but their grade is300% better like this. This is for banning. Thank you.
