The apartment was very worn down. Many fixtures were broken and the furniture was dirty and stained. The apartment smelled unpleasant.

The apartment is located close to the beach and is very spacious. Private parking right in front of the door is great.

On arriving found the gate at one end to the complex didn't work. It wasn't made clear that you have to go to the otherwise which is always open. Suggest they fix the faulty gate or place a sign there saying 'out of use' and should go to other gate. The position of the apartment was totally different from the pictures! Room was facing the street On the otherwise ofnthe building and NOT having the lake and beach as advertised! This was very misleading advertising so you feel duped really. There was an invasion of mosquitos which got in through the narrow open balcony door/window. Perhaps installing a gauze would help here. There was no dustpan and brush to clear up the many mosquitos I swatted. There was no shower matt which I didn't think I would have to ask for. And although they say we can order towels etc, there was no specific mention that there were no towels in the apartment. Perhaps make that more clear? The shower could have been more powerful.

Good location in a nice residential area very near the beach and not too far from the railway station. Room was spacious with all good amenities and great comfortable bed. Easy access to building and apartment.

The apartment needed a refresh (the furniture in the room and balcony and the sanitary facilities in the bathrooms) after the summes season.

Location was ok, easy to find, we stayed just for 1 night in transit to Italy. The suite and the apartment with 1 bedroom (reserved when we came back) were ok, with almost all you need to prepare whatever you want for breakfast (coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator etc.), the bathroom well enough (but without towels or shower gel) and a balcony to drink your coffee. We had the opportunity to pay for breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant (because, in October when we stayed there, all the restaurants near our location were closed).

It was the 3rd time we were in the apartment, but it will be the last one. Despite the fact that the apartment location is great, the apartment is getting worse and worse. In the bathroom, the shower, the taps, and the toilet were broken. We had several occasions when there was no hot water. In the kitchen, the hot plate was not working. On the terrace, the furniture was broken.

The place needs a serious renovation, almost everything in the apartment is broken or looks like crap. Even the sheets had it's best time. Also the apartment shown on the pictures was nothing like the one we got. Time to put some money in it.

The shower room let the apartment down, the shower head is in need of being replaced the shower head holder was broken and could not hold up the shower, the shower room ceiling had signs of mould/damp. Other areas in the apartment also showed signs of wear and damage but you could put up with more easily. The location was quite a long walk from the evening entertainments which was disappointing but on a plus note it is close to the lake.

We only stayed for one night and did not have the time to appreciate the apartment but I would think it would be good for anyone wanting to stay for a period of time. The restaurant for breakfast and evening meal was good with various choices.

Wifi was a little bit weak. The third bed (couch) was a little used / uncomfortable. No beach bars close by (we went 1st May).

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. We had a few request, all immediately answered. The apartments are in second row to the lake. Great big balcony and view. The garden so beautiful and clean. The nature around the hotel is amazing.

We were two adults and two children staying in the room. There were no bath towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. in the room, only toilet paper. The shower water was cold. The hot water was available only after the maintenance staff came. The next day, there was no hot water for showering. We had to find the maintenance staff every time. There was not even a bottle of water in the whole room. The price of this room is not low. Other rooms of the same price have free breakfast and free water. There was nothing here. I booked it in a hurry and did not do a good research. I was really disappointed. I will never come again and do not recommend it.

Nothing much, first we couldn’t find the proper entrance, but it was rather our lack of knowledge. Once we’ve found it all was good :)

The apartment is very spacious, great living room, kitchen, bedroom, the patio is also really great. It is close to the beach, but you can also find some shops nearby.

The rooms are outdated a bit. The couch and the sofas need a good clean. I only gave 4 stars because the bathroom was outdated, and we couldn't shower for a day as the shower tray was broken. The next day, they switched us to another apartment. They also need new pillows as not a high quality.

2nd time here, I love the location.It's a lovely apartment. The staff was nice. Parking is free in the street. Nice spa in the hotel what you can also use, not just a hotel guest.
