So... with all my love to the hotel few points: 1/ rooms shall be cleaned a bit better eg. sink in bathroom not draining, dust under the bed etc. Nothing visible at thefirst sight but still not good 2/ very visible that the personnel has no chance to maintain tables clean, bring clean dishes etc. Especially during weekend - I experienced missing bowls, dirty tables, not being cleaned for longer time, missing spoons etc. This is a bit pitty and it lowers the breakfast experience. 3/ there used to be a nice small lunch eg soup before, not anymore. I am not lowering my rating because of this, but that was something I loved and missed now.

This was my first visit after re-opening two years back. The place - still great, of course. Forest just behind the hotel, rooms with balcony to the forest side, very calm. Sauna, wellness - no problem from my side. Food - OK, it was fine. I remember back in time the offer was better, larger, more variety, but still fine, acceptable standard.

Nice area, the hotel staff is amazing. The hotel room are a bit dated and the carpet in the corridors long time need replacement, but the beds are comfortable. Nice swimming pool, good buffet breakfast. All in all not bad, desperately need some renewing.

Blankets on the bed are very small. I'm that a tall person but it's still short for me too. We stayed in a regular room maybe they have better things in other ones.

For pedestrians like me the location poised a bit of a challenge as you had to figure out the bus connections yourself; the hotel is not proactive in that regard. Basically, there is a busstop nearby and either the number 1 or number 2 will take you to the train station and the inner city. They run, however, very infrequently, each about once, maybe twice, an hour. The number 2 will take you to the swimming pool, but coming back out from town it is the number 1 that services that route. In any case, one should go to the busstop near the hotel and carefully note the times of departure for the two buses.

Breakfast was like something from "The Thousand and One Nights" (except, of course, that it was in the morning). Really excellent with a great choice. the only slight drawback was the language, all dishes were described only in Hungarian so veggies like me had to be very careful. Another big plus was the free entry into the big local swimming complex, about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

There was a strong smell of cigarette in the bathroom, so we had to keep the door closed and open the windows several times a day.

Breakfast was great, and the location is exceptional. Fresh air and birds chirping everyday! The staff was polite and friendly too. The programs the hotel organized were fun!

Parking near hotel horrible, some cars were on 2 spots and noone was controling it. Next bad surprise were dirty carpets with stains and dump smell all around the hotel. Dirty beds in room, stains everywhere. Restaurant also 1/10. Dirty table cloth on every table, dirty dishes were not took away for a while. Long waiting for replenishment of food on food bowls. During the dinner no waiter came to ask if we want something to drink. Long waiting for clean dishes, and after they came the big amount of them were dirty. Which we reported to the restaurant staff. The containers with ketchup, mustard and mayo were dirty as hell. On our second dinner we were served with raw chicken meat. The whole hotel needs DEEP cleaning is all worn out. We dont recommend staying here as sure we wont be coming back.

However, the restaurant staff were quite impolite, which was disappointing. Additionally, the room was not clean, the towels were very old, and there was no shampoo provided. Despite informing the staff on the first day, our request for shampoo was ignored, and we had to purchase our own. Overall, while some aspects of the stay were pleasant, there were several areas that need improvement.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the spa services were excellent.

The rooms would need a bit of refreshments, renovations. No minibar service in the rooms. The food is good, but could be more varied and as the hotel was fully booked there were long queues during breakfast and dinner times at the food counters. The collection of used díshes could be organized in a more discrete mannet, not pulling over the trolley car through the whole dining room left and right and make visible other guests’ remaining food waste and dirty plates for everyone. A bít disgusting experience while you are having your meal. Not enough and experienced waiters in the dining room. Only at the end of our dinner we could ask for some drinks, as staff was unavalilable. The hotel should also invest in HR development!

Nice area in the middle of the forest, fresh air. Good for taking long walks in the nature and enjoying the silence. The hotel offers half-board dining option.

Very friendly staff, especially Cintia in the morning was very helpful. The room was spacious with a really huge balcony, beds very comfortable. Breakfast includes gluten free bread, that was a nice surprise but there were so many options to choose from nevertheless.
