The location, half broad, was really nice, big parking area, surrounding by trees feels like in the middle of rain forest. Was really busy thou, probably the nasional holiday n the weekend plus they have special that we missed.

The wellness area with thermal pools was excellent, the hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, and the staff were always kind and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of delicious food.

Shower in the bathroom was bit oldish (yet clean and spacious). Cold water plunge was (highly) missing at the sauna.

Great food and service. Live music in the evenings from Mr. Lakatos was highly enjoyable.

This was a return trip for us and Lotus Hotel never disappoints. Service was excellent, facilities amazing, with super clean pools, saubas and rooms, great food, and altogether, a very relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful town of Heviz is only 2 km away so we took early morning walks to the town and had out first coffee there. As a bonus, there is a litttle show every night at the hotel and some of the performers are fantastic. All in all, a memorable holiday! We shall return!

It simply works. Nice, tidy, clean space, helpful, kind and easygoing staff, exceptionally good kitchen. Comfortable and we'll sized room. Best experience till now in Hungary.

The design of the hotel which is quite unusual

1.Noise from the pool evry day music from pool. I booked a quiet room in advance and indicated in the reservation that I was looking for quiet. Unfortunately the hotel put me in front of the pool and every evening there is music from the pool. This harms it and the pleasure of relaxing in the place. eshetziya kra hofshi kmu baruchat boker 2. There are no clocks to tell you what time it is in the lobby, at the pool, and while waiting for a massage. And there are no drinking points in the lobby and at the pool. It's annoying that you can't have free tea, coffee, and cold water at dinner like you do at breakfast. 3. Suitable to come to relax, rest and disconnect from the world. The pool facilities are simply excellent. A thermal pool, a jacuzzi with good and strong jets. The hotel surroundings are simply amazing in beauty, a green forest around, lying on the bed outside and hearing birds, a breathtaking view. A very good and varied dinner, the dishes are delicious and of a high standard

Great hotel. Dinner and breakfast were amazing. Had a nice massage, though we forgot to book ahead and only one of us were able to be massaged. Great service. Nice pools.

Renovation of both the outside and the inside of the hotel would be benefitial, especially for a five star hotel. Selection of main courses (only 5 choices) during dinner could be improved.

Ideal location close to the lake. Selection of desserts (15-20 choices) was excellent during dinner.

The design of the hotel and rooms is quite outdated. Needs renovation. But everything is clean and smells good. I vacationed in this hotel alone and a few days later I brought my mother and daughter with me. We got the same room for 3 people as I did for one, but the price was almost 3 times higher. Apparently because of the food, since there is half board, but it seemed disproportionate to me. Also the prices for spa treatments have become very expensive compared to my stay a few years ago. It seems to me that a hotel that does not invest in renovation should compensate for this issue in more convenient prices, at least for spa treatments.

Excellent spa hotel, located in a beautiful picturesque location. The atmosphere is relaxing. Delicious food, caring staff. Comfortable beds and pillows in the room.

The spa and wellness facilities were superb, the food was delicious and abundant! The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was friendly and polite - they madue us feel special! 😁

There was nothing wrong worth mentioning. Maybe the TV remote control: it didn't really work, it jumped many channels at once when changing channels... .

Food was fantastic: A wide choice of different meals, really fresh salads, perfect pastries. Everything to delight the eyes and the mouth. The area is quiet, suitable for walking. I liked it very much, it was more for older, quiet people. There were very few people and we enjoyed the bathing part of the house.

Wasnt meant to go anywhere. We tried to escape the bad weather, if we can cancled an important appointment. We would like to stay at list 2 nights. Everything was excellent, from services, atmosphere, pools, foods, room. All 👍 👌 👍 👌
