Unfortunately, our room had a broken thermostat. The air conditioning kept switching on and off every few seconds. Since we were only staying one night, the hotel didn’t really have time to fix it.

The hotel has an underground parking garage, and it’s definitely worth it. Check-in was quick, the beds and sofa were very comfortable, and the blackout curtains made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and the river promenade is about a 10-minute walk away — the time passes quickly because the city is so interesting.

There was three of us in the room and there was no bedding for the sofa bed or extra towels. I had to go to reception and ask. It was no surprise there was going to be three of us as I booked the room back in April. Surely the housekeeping staff have an inventory for this. When I asked for extra towels the lady on reception wasn’t going to help at first. Yes, the hotel was busy, but it’s August and to be expected. We’d been out in the heat all day. Very frustrating.

The room was spacious, we had a fridge in the room too. Good location for transport, also has an underground car park. Very good air conditioning after a hot day out. The breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold choices.

Housekeeping was a little weak. Spider web in bathroom not cleaned for the entire stay. Otherwise everything else was clean

The room is simple and comfortable, The area is very quiet , yet there are plenty of excellent restaurants and coffee shops near by. The tram and metro are 5 min walk.

Cleaning. The room was not clean, they forgot to change shampoo, toilete paper. Left the same bath floor towel. You dint get the sense of room cleaning every day. The A/C was horrible, every 30 seconds was on and off in any temp.

First receptionist was perfect, the room was available very early. The breakfast and space in room was very good

Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are small but comfortable. Location is good , very nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops. A quick walk to subway and in 10 minutes you are in the city center. I would come back.

There was a lot of noise from other rooms especially until quite late n the evening. Bring ear-plugs!

I think there should be a bedside table on both sides of the bed, not just one side. The very small distance between the head of the bed and the wall makes it harder for a taller person to get through, especially at night.

The stay was good and the cleanliness was excellent. However, the breakfast lacked variety. One downside was the paid parking, which was a bit inconvenient, especially since there weren’t many cars in the garage — it felt like parking should have been included as a service. Despite that, I would still recommend the hotel.

The shower door was trying. The place was not very clean but not disgusting.

The street the hotel is located has great restaurants and cafes. It is a wide street with a lot of trees and therefore cooler than the rest of the city. You can reach anywhere with a 5minute walk.
